The floor is flooded wet from water from shower which is not hand held shower in the bath tub. Water stain and sticky carpet. The staff change us to a different room which is not much better. Wish I have taken photos of the bathroom to show future customers."

The breakfast was varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. The restaurant was clean and bright, with neatly arranged tableware. The waitstaff was always available, promptly refilling dishes and clearing plates, and their friendly attitude was very comfortable. Checking out was also very convenient, giving the overall experience a perfect score! I'll stay here again when I'm in Linfen and will recommend it to friends!"

The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was very thoughtful. There were four of us elderly people, and we were leaving around 3 PM to catch our train, but the hotel extended our check-out time to 2 PM, which was very considerate.
