幾乎是沒有衞生意識，廁所、房間全是黴點，淋浴房讓人無從想象的臟，我從沒住過這麼臟的房間。前台業務能力很差，與朋友開兩間房，我説最好是相鄰的，這要求不過份吧，一個單號一個雙號，雙號的房間衹有半扇窗户，很擠，兩個人住行李都沒地方打開，我要求換房，並且強調要單號房，和朋友相鄰，前台堅持酒店房間是單雙號並列的，又給的雙號房，依然很小，再次要求換房，前台全程態度傲慢，最後把房卡扔台上，這次的單號房窗户與隔壁家衹有二十公分距離，想叫客房服務，結果電話沒有線，衹是個擺設。作為一個前台，對於本酒店的房型和排列規劃完全不知道，讓人無語，難得的差評，如果有負分數，我都想負五分給他們。太差了！

地段好，離台州府城滴滴也就12元，有停車場還挺方便，就是房間有點小，平時價位還行，節假日翻倍，服務員態度很好，出門周邊很熱鬧，晚上夜宵一條街。

床上用品及布草都清洗乾淨更換過，服務員的服務態度很好，很有耐心。周邊飯店小吃方便，有免費的停車場。建議客房服務員把牆壁上的蜘蛛網以及床頭靠背清理乾淨，靠背有頭油痕跡。

老酒店了，是我住過最差的格林豪泰，看着規模挺大的，但是房間衞生和設施一般，浴室排氣扇是壞的，很多地方都積灰塵，空調也壞了。基本上就是勉強能住，衹住一晚勉強説得過去，畢竟臨海的中端和連鎖酒店少，這個價格也算説得過去了

裝修配套陳舊，環境衞生差，竟然還有蟑螂死在房間裏，晚上半夜的時候竟然還會停電，停了15分鐘，這大熱天熱都熱死了，無語了，平時108一間標準房，黃金週搖身一變678，不管怎麼樣？都要對得起這個價格吧！服務和設施應該要跟上。
