軟硬件接近五星級，服務態度很好，入住和退房都送水送水果，湖邊有燒烤價格實惠，展現了好客山東的精神面貌。硬件方面：裝潢細節不行，別的不説，打的美縫劑、密封膠屬於業餘層級還偏差的，故此浴缸頂部吊頂滲水可以想見了。用料也很一般，跟設計不匹配！衞生間抽風是壓根沒有還是風力不行？為什麼不是智能馬桶呢？早餐品種多但沒什麼我愛吃的，這屬於個人喜好。一個縣城的門面需要嚴格要求，以上望改進！

本來是看評價非常好才定的這家，提前一天問了有沒有洗衣服的地方？有沒有烘乾？説看下給我回復，等已經入住了也沒用接到回電。晚上打電話要一下浴缸的袋子和洗手間的紙説馬上送；二十分鐘以後催的第一次，讓我等説在路上；又等了半小時還沒有送來催的第二次過了五分鐘左右才送來。打電話到送到手大概50分鐘左右。可能真的是大酒店的原因，路途挺遙遠的！我定的商務雙床有窗三四層，説是給我升級的湖景房（๑òᆺó๑）6樓，和大家分享一下他家的湖景“湖景挺好看的”。在網上各種網站查期待還挺高的。沒有體驗到水果和點心。餐廳服務非常好，我們想熱一下食物給孩子，非常貼心的給我們熱了，早餐體驗也挺好的！

五一期間沒有漲價，房間給升級了湖景，性價比拉滿。硬件設施就是藍海該有的樣子，服務也還可以，早餐一般，酒店的湖邊燒烤不錯👍如果位置合適的話推薦入住

真的是住過最好一次的酒店。 五星級酒店的待遇價格又很親民。房間有水果。也很大。很乾凈衞生。早餐這邊各種東西都很全。肉鬆小貝也有。然後把子肉 蝦仁蒸餃都很齊全，各種水果，西瓜都有。應有盡有。 停車也很方便。這個酒店單獨的 又很安靜。周邊都是風景。就是一個五星級酒店的硬件。這個價格太合算。

環境優美，地理位置好，偏安靜一些，交通方便，房間舒適衞生也很乾凈，服務人員都很熱情，前廳孫女士服務態度也很到位，網絡信號也不卡頓挺好，窗外風景也挺不錯的，性價高，首選入住。
