設施：酒店挺好
衞生：環境很好
服務：但得比較早，前台小姐姐給安排的休息整體很不錯，早餐豐盛但是需要自己煎蛋
洗浴及汗蒸:這個項目那邊沒開工作人員稱壞了而且裏面衞生真的一般，希望酒店合作方多關注

房間蠻大的，還是蠻舒服的，前台服務態度很好，就是洗澡出水太小啦，水壓不夠，地方有點偏僻啦，**外賣比較少，其它都還好

酒店比較新，雖然位置有點偏僻，但是價格便宜。帶孩子，訂的家庭房，一大一小兩張床，衹有兩個被子，想再要個被子，回覆是沒有備用被子。唉😔，極其不爽！

房間啥的都還可以，衞生也行，就是服務態度很不好，兇巴巴的，沒有任何温度可言。開個發票也兇巴巴的，接個電話直接扔電話。太兇了。

這是目前為止住的酒店要給好評的。
首先是辦理入住和離店時前台人員的語言給人很舒適，一點不亞於五星級酒店的禮貌用語。
其次是酒店房間的設施很人性化，各個功能的便利性無可挑剔，床品潔凈親膚；。房間的安靜增添了高質量睡眠，這一點極其重要。
再次是酒店的性價比很高。
不敢説這家酒店全部五星，但值得一提的是這家酒店的工作人員對服務工作做到讓人滿意了。

首選入住美素酒店！！！酒店服務非常好，前台人員很親切，房間設施很齊全。房間舒適衞生。洗衣免費的。他們家停車場很大，停車很方便也安心。以後來臨沂這個酒店肯定是首選！
