Zhaoxing Dong Village is an absolute treasure. Sure, it is touristy in parts, however many of the streets and alleyways of the town are filled with local people living local and traditional lives. One night in the town is perfect, although I could easily spend many more days there if I was looking for a relaxing and peaceful break.

This was a great stay experience. We just got off the bus, and the distance was very close. The boss picked us up in person. Moreover, he was very familiar with the local customs and gave free explanations. The return trip was also taken to the boarding location by shuttle bus, which did not delay our time.
