酒店環境整潔，房間佈置諶稱完美優雅又不失情調，房間衞生特別乾淨，比我之前在呂梁住的一些酒店都要好很多，服務周到，因為感冒多要了一卷紙，打掃衞生的大姐也沒有覺得煩，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理，很值得推薦

這種服務能叫酒店嗎？房間裏面竟然連抽紙都沒有，全部是衞生間用的那種草紙！然後去公共洗衣房洗個衣服酒店還不提供洗衣粉或則洗衣液，這周邊都沒有一個超市的讓顧客去哪裡買洗衣液。還有就是衞生間都沒有乾濕分離的，在裏面洗澡外面就跟發大水一樣的。差一點就踩到積水然後摔倒了，請問這樣的酒店的服務與設施用能叫做酒店？哪個酒店的房間裏面抽紙都沒有的！空調也完全沒有效果，根本就不知道用的什麼牌子的空調？？？
