床有點硬，小童床更硬，第二天住喊客房服務給重新鋪了一下好多了，之前跟睡硬板床一樣。
就是房間之間的隔音不太好，晚上隔壁的小孩子鬧騰房間裏面聽的很清楚。
早餐不是很豐盛，很多食材沒有了也沒用及時補充，這點真的要批評，畢竟酒店人多，食物都不能補充好就很減分。

酒店床上用品非常贊，地面停車還算寬敞，但是下小雨就略有不便了；房間寬敞度、景觀非常棒。樓層服務員服務非常到位。
需要改進的地方：
1.酒店房間略有異味，畢竟有一定年分了；
2.早餐環境好，菜品也很豐富，但是……基本沒有一樣是貴州特色。品質上，炒的幾樣青菜，不知道大廚是不是因為節日上班心情不好，青菜又黃又老，連綠油油的西蘭花都悶得黃黃的，看了就沒胃口，實在不配無限極酒店的品質。

酒店地理位置特別好。三面環山一方對水，環境非常好。很安靜！酒店服務人員很熱情。早餐種類都非常的豐富。住了兩天，晚餐都是在酒店。大廚給做的也很好吃。必須贊一個。美中不足的是酒店的沐浴花灑陳舊漏水。這點跟五星級酒店不太相配。

上週住過遵義貴州飯店非常好。這次到六盤水毫不猶豫選住六盤水貴州飯店。省去挑選酒店的時間。
酒店位置非常好，旺中帶靜，尤其湖景房依山傍水的感覺。走幾步就是鳳池，水城古鎮，打車也方便。離高鐵站也衹有4.5公里左右。
房間乾淨舒適入住體驗很好，最加分的是服務水平，賓至如歸的感覺。
特別感謝大堂經理杜先娥小姐姐。因為突發事宜，需要協調，她站客人的需求高效的協助我們很好處理了問題。我家長者特別要求點贊。

這次衹是在六盤水路過住了一次酒店，貴州酒店意外的好。前台小周態度很好，看我們帶小孩幫我們升級了湖景的親子房間。還詢問了小朋友是男是女。走進房間，小朋友很喜歡，是小朋友愛的超級飛俠主題。 窗外的景色很漂亮。晚上還貼心送了牛奶，寫了紙條。
