酒店的礦泉水用的不太好 冰露 其他服務不錯 環境不錯 停車方便 離幾個景點也很近.

這次是第三次入住了，每次都帶着娃選擇親子房，但是這次的體驗感最差。首先，我們住的房間應該有段時間沒住人了，傢俱上落了一層灰，小朋友摸到哪裡都有手指印，浴室小鴨子玩具裏面有很多水而且發黑，不敢給孩子碰，沙發上有好幾塊水漬，更誇張的是浴室門口的長髮都沒有清理乾淨……
總之，這次住的體驗感很不好，覺得酒店沒有做好衞生就讓人入住很不負責！

據説是溧陽地區第一家五星級的國際品牌酒店，位置不算好，在市中心和天目湖路程中間，不過溧陽不大，自駕的話去市中心和天目湖景區都衹要十來分鐘，還算方便。酒店硬件不錯，定的親子房很大，兩張1.5米床非常好。前廳服務很到位，一進門大堂經理就迎上來問我們從哪裡預訂的房間，一路帶到前台辦理入住。但兩天下來有些不足卻是不吐不快。首先是泳池，居然是外包的，很多外來人員在裏面，整個更衣室一股異味，去泳池路上那個浸腳池的水渾濁不堪，簡直不能下腳。泳池周圍也凌亂無序，完全不符合酒店本身的定位和層級，所以自己也沒敢下水，小朋友也就在泳池裡玩了十來分鐘就回房間了。第二，餐廳的服務人員都是老阿姨，態度確實需要改進，一位客人因為不知道沒有拿專用的勺子盛紫米飯，被服務員埋怨了，雙方有點小拌嘴，驚到我了，住了這麼多的酒店，服務員當面埋怨顧客的情況還真是頭一次遇到。最後，我叫了客房服務要了兩個垃圾袋小童牙具，叫好後小朋友吵着要泡澡，拗不過他所以等客房服務員把垃圾袋什麼的給我送來的時候我再不好意思地問她能不能再送一個泡澡袋，然後她一臉不情願地説你要東西一次性説好，我來回跑很累的。好吧，當面埋怨顧客這事情居然發生在我身上了。綜上所述，酒店硬件不錯，除了前廳之外，其他部門的服務確實需要大力改進，泳池極度不推薦去，絕對拉低酒店的好評
