Very calm and very good design, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious and very confortable with a very warming feeling, excellent getaway from city. The forest nearby provides ample bird songs and lake view is wonderful.

自然環境真的很好，酒店設計得也不錯，服務很好，所有人親切熱情！
早餐豐富、美味，正餐廚師水平一般。
寵物友好，衹是到了前台告訴我加500一晚清潔費，有點意外，應該事先明碼標價！

一般不怎麼會寫點評，或者都是好評！這次的入住感受實在很差。
1.我訂房勾選允許攜帶寵物，但是訂房上也沒有任何提示，這個酒店寵物入住要500清理費。到了前台説，你沒之前電話問，如果問了可以選擇要不要入住。態度有點你都攜程訂了，不住你也要付房費了。
2.晚上房間悶熱，想開會空調，空調不製冷。打電話給前台，前台叫客房阿姨來弄。客房阿姨説，工程部把空調統一關了！其他房間有小孩，開了冷！！！我就不明白了，其他房間冷難道也要開空調！阿姨還説，你熱就開開陽台門。我們住的2樓，陽台外就是樹，開了門是涼快，但是蟲子也多！為什麼2000多一晚的房間還不能開個空調。一晚上都沒睡好。
3.豪華湖景雙床房，房間比較小。房裡衹有一個單人沙發。睡覺枕頭也很不舒服。所謂送的自行車騎行，也沒有。酒店環境也挺一般的。周圍沒什麼走走的地方，餐廳也一般。
總結來説，一次很差的入住體驗，這種價格的酒店，這是入住感受最差的。

沒有服務，沒有時間觀念
提前不止一次明確表達了明早要回南京開會，希望早一點送餐到房間，説衹能七點半送。第二天七點半未送，來不及趕路要走，開門發現，別的房間在送餐。振振有詞説你不是要到餐廳吃麼。前台提前説過，餐廳提前説過，單子上備註七點半送房間。
頭一天拍了發票抬頭，明確説時間無所謂，開就行，第二天走的時候沒有發票，再開，不知道抬頭（我住改家酒店很多次）
很是生氣，比竹溪谷，美芥山等差很遠，很不把客人當回事，服務不專業無所謂，交代的事也不當回事。
另外，天目湖也沒有水。所以南京的朋友來這裏度假不推薦，圖環境好，天目湖的景現在也不推薦。
工作很忙，週末就想找個地方歇歇，反正這不推薦。

一家差評到極致的酒店 最讓我最無語的是 我在酒店點了一碗牛肉麪 （就衹是一碗很普通的麪）價值88元 送到房間要加15%服務費 我頭一次聽説送到房間就要增加服務費 要麼就是顧客自己去廚房拿就不收費 我想問88元的牛肉麪難道你們這個價格沒加費用嗎 還有就是早餐也難吃的要死 3000的房費就這服務 當酒店得知我要攜程給點評之後一直騷擾我 一會跟我説 經理要給我道歉 我拒絕了（我説：你們都説是公司規定收服務費 那還道什麼歉）見我不接受之後再次打電話騷擾我 説有個人找我需要轉接 我問 誰找我 前台説：不知道耶 我問 ：是不是你們經理 我已經明確表明不需要你們道歉 前台就回：可能是認識你的人 讓我轉接 我説：認識我的人不給我打電話 還打到你們前台要求轉接給我 我心裏想你腦子沒壞吧 整體説來 這家酒店體驗感相當差 送我白住我都不再來

環境是由於天目湖去年下半年就一直處在枯水期，湖面變成前灘，而攜程和酒店都沒有如實告知。有些愚弄消費者！

景色和設計感很好，服務很好，但是設施問題有點多：
1. 衞生間衞洗麗居然不全帶加熱，坐墊是温的但水流和風都是冷的；
2. 全屋温控面板在床頭櫃上方，實在是太矮了，被各種擺件擋着沒找到，找到後要蹲下去才能看清温度顯示；
3. 房間、書房和浴缸區域的燈是一體控制的，書桌旁沒有單獨的插座，一個人睡覺同時另一個人看書或者泡澡完全做不到，書桌上和浴缸旁配個單獨燈很難嗎？
4. 淋浴間的頂噴花灑太高，不過這個是由於層高限制大概也沒辦法；花灑開關略複雜；
5. 大門口寫字，沒有現成的墨汁，也沒有水無法磨墨，衹有一個前台駐守服務沒跟上。
