衞生：衞生間換氣扇壞了，異味十足。房內除了煙味，還有説不出的混合氣體。
房內還有蚊子，夜裡爭先恐後吸血，導致牆壁上留下斑駁的血跡（原本牆壁就存有多種痕跡）。
環境：此地居於兩條道路交匯處，車輛川流不息，噪音污染如何，大家自評；最不能容忍的是，隔壁房間（房間內並無客人，而是當地人）搓了一整夜麻將，吆喝聲此起彼伏，麻將聲不絕於耳。你説，這環境客人還能休息嗎？
服務：未見服務員，老闆親自“服務”，態度蠻橫，狂妄自傲。早上向他反饋夜裡情況：無法入眠。他狡辯説我的錢沒到位，嗚呼哀哉。
我弱弱地問下攜程客服，我在你們平台訂的標準間，這老闆有權擅自降低標準，隨意賞賜房間嗎？你們的合同和他這樣簽訂的嗎？如此，日後誰還敢在攜程平台訂房間？
設施：床上床單有破洞；房內有麻將桌，6張不同椅子，7個玻璃杯。如此設施，受寵若驚。
徹夜未眠，陪了蚊子一晚。
