Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

Special thanks to my housekeeper, Mr. Qian Liuping, for his service. The hotel is outstanding in all aspects of environmental services and sanitary facilities. I am very satisfied with this trip.I will also recommend it to friends and family around me.

這次入住很滿意 管家小楊特別熱情 有啥事都秒回 值得誇一誇 住了兩天早餐的服務員也都很熱情 不過下次最好多帶些朋友家人一起來 可以房間打打牌 兩個人有點無聊 哈哈哈 期待下次入住啦！

非常愉快的在這兒度過三天，管家秋香真的是有求必應，超快速度處理，出行方便，叫車出門5分鐘內就到。房間打掃的特別乾淨，毛巾床品白凈柔軟，洗護用品齊全精油芳香味道好聞極了。晚上泡上個温泉再入睡，睡得很香。另外驚喜的是酒店餐食做的非常精緻美味，兩天的餐食都在酒店吃，家人都説好吃，感受到廚師在用心製作每一道菜，非常感謝餐廳付盈萍熱情又周到的服務，讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。

這次五一假期選擇了帶家裡兩衹毛孩子🐈🐶到竹溪谷擺爛三天～為一切寵物友好度假村打Call！！！
酒店內的竹林風景遠比“南山竹海”景區內的好看多啦 感覺根本沒有必要爬去景區人擠人哈。
酒店區域內都是電瓶車接送 響應速度快 服務也很貼心～ 因為遇到一天降温降雨同行家人凍到管家還特地讓餐廳給我們準備了薑茶～ 山腳下的農家菜也能讓管家送到房間吃。為這次最好的管家“張欣蕾“點贊！💗
“觀山”房型比“月下“的景觀好，但是對行李較多的客人有一丟丟不友好 大家預訂時候可以注意一下～
客房阿姨每天打掃的很仔細，也很熱情。每天都有免費的水果和mini吧飲料享用。在露台泡着私湯吃吃喝喝還是很愜意噠～
在度假村內一切問題都可以在wx上與專屬管家溝通諮詢，在山內也是非常暖心的存在啦！

這次入住很開心，有管家小郭為我們全程服務，預訂的房間也是視野最好的山頂，早上還可以看到日出，在這麼美麗的風景上，我們還免費有旅拍，我特意請了當地攝影師給我拍寫真，風景，對於酒店的設計和房型表示特別滿意，入住滿分，管家也是隨叫隨到的。另外自駕遊的朋友們，還有免費洗車服務，走的時候車子也是乾乾淨淨的，心情特別好。
