I live on the 8th floor, and it took more than ten minutes for the hot water to come out. The air conditioner was really speechless. After changing the room, I found that it was all the same. The cooling effect was too poor. The child couldn't sleep because of the heat. In the end, I could only let the electric fan sleep for one night. The service is good, but the equipment is too...

很多年的店了，住了好幾回，到冬天去住可能真的不太合適。空調打不熱，也許是房間太大，熱水温度不夠洗個澡，不知道為什麼。周圍已經有別的同價位酒店甚至更低價的優質酒店了。感覺自己以後都不會再去選擇金馬國際。不知道老闆是什麼打算，不改進的話。真的，生意會越來越差。

房間很不錯挺好，我定的套房。300出頭的價格可以説是超值了。衞生，面積，便捷程度都不錯，衞浴硬件設施也很好，淋浴水量充沛。停車非常方便，停車場很大。説幾個不足的地方：
1. 床頭插座少，且沒有usb直充接口。
2. 房間內沒有準備驅蚊液，現在已經有蚊子了。
3. 空調聲音大。
4.沒有早餐，好在附近就有很多吃飯的地方，也算方便。

入住體驗非常差，先是豪華標間停電，被要求換普通標間，也不提供解決方案，後又發現洗澡沒有熱水，88歲長者洗冷水澡是什麼感受，反應了情況，也沒有當場解決，再就是還沒離店，就電話通知客人賠償200元，説是床單有血跡。冰冷的服務，接連的傷害，這樣的酒店，下次還敢入住嗎？

感受非常差的一家酒店。我們一家出來旅遊到了酒店已經很累了，想趕緊區休息，入住時候就説找不到我們的訂單，折騰半天。酒店非常的老舊，房間有特別濃重的怪味，我本來想訂標間但是想想豪華房應該更舒適所以訂的豪華間，結果這味道令人奔潰。朝向也是朝着大馬路，因為味道重所以開着窗，這一天的大車和拖拉機真的吵得夠嗆。家裡人實在太累不高興換，如果我一個人肯定要求換房間。
早餐也很差，9點結束8點半不到去的好多都沒了，就粥，各種醬菜，饅頭，雞蛋，連包子都沒有，餛飩和麪想都不要想。
廁紙就給一點點，入住當天就已經用完了。我老公出去辦事，酒店沒到時間就有電話打來提醒12點要退房，這麼差的房間難道誰還會賴着不走？總之特別差
