Stayed here for a couple of night with my Husband and Son. Perfect location, physically nine minute walk from hotel Thames. Tesco Extra around the corner too which was ideal. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Beds wwrw comfortable and slept well on both nights. The room is kitted out with a TV, kettle etc. There are no irons in the rooms but this is normal for Premier Inn hotels but just ask at reception and they will supply an iron and an ironing board. We sat in the area a couple of times for snacks and drinks and the service was good. On one occasion we sat in the bar area, there was a man who was talking to reception about a booking that he made that they didn't have. He was raising his voice to them but they remained calm and professional. The man was talking to my Husband but he showed me a phone screenshot which actually showed that and he hadn't booked it and he had no confirmation. I went upstairs to put phones on charge and came back down as didn't want to just leave my Husband chatting to him. When I came back down, my Husband had popped out for a cigarette so the guy was talking to me. He wasn't being nasty but what I did like was that one of ths staff mouthed to me "are you okay"?, to which I nodded. When my Husband came back, I thanked the staff for looking out for their guests. We then headed back out for the night. Breakfast was a good selection of cereals, pastries, cooked food, toast, fruit etc and plenty on offer. Plenty of tables too. Really happy that we chose this hotel, felt safe, it was clean, staff were helpful and perfect location. We are planning to return to London on October so will be staying at this hotel again.
