Nice and clean! Great location in the city. Very helpful and kind resectionists staff. Nice breakfast!Helped me later to look for lost property in the room. Very thankful ☺️ Overall very good experience with this hotel!

Very clean and spacious room. Nice good towels and linens. Great location with plenty of food choices left and right of the hotel and a convenience store next door for getting essentials. Front office staff were also excellent. I checked out a day early and the front office staff helped me out with getting a refund. Didn’t get her name unfortunately. Really appreciate the hotel for being flexible in my case. Also thanks to trip.com for facilitating this.

Comfortable and reasonably clean, furniture a bit worn, some poorly cleaned surfaces. Nice to have windows that could open and have fly screens. Good location to restaurants, and short taxi ride to Longyou Grottoes and train station.
