Used to like this hotel but no privacy at sll

It’s was a good place and had some good places too eat and very close too Hollywood walk and universal Studios just wish it was a little cleaner but other then that it’s a good place too stay in .

Was not good at all the man at the desk was very nice when I called to complain and tell him how I felt but it is a very scary place the lady in the morning was very rude at the desk there was people screaming all night and we barricaded the door I did not feel safe at all

The first thing that struck me was the state of disrepair. Holes dotted the walls, some large enough to see through to the plumbing behind. These gaps were not only unsightly but also raised concerns about the overall structural integrity of the room. Cleanliness: The room’s cleanliness, or the lack thereof, was deeply troubling. The walls were not only damaged but also marred by unidentifiable stains and, alarmingly, what appeared to be fecal matter in certain areas. This level of uncleanliness was not only off-putting but also posed a significant health hazard. Housekeeping Response: Upon contacting housekeeping, their response was lackluster. They seemed neither surprised nor particularly concerned about the condition of the room. Though they offered to clean the room again, the deep-set nature of the dirt and damage seemed beyond a simple cleaning job. Management’s Involvement: I escalated my concerns to the hotel management, expecting a prompt and professional resolution. Unfortunately, the management’s response was equally disappointing. They offered a mere apology and a discount on a future stay, which seemed inadequate given the severity of the issues Overall Experience: The disparity between the hotel’s advertised quality and the reality of the accommodations was stark. The staff is cool and respectful. I definitely come back because of them especially for setting the bar for hotels in the area. From my experience the best hotel. The room was nice, I have no complaints. Thank you.

If your are looking for a basic room for relatively low cost then this is the place for you. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The condition of the room was a bit drab and dusty. It looks like they are trying to make improvements, but they are a long way away from completing them. The bathroom was not well lit and there were cracks in the tiles. The pictures make this place look a lot nicer than it is. I hope they will invest in improvements as the location is convenient and the staff was friendly enough.
