Pros: Close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus, the room is large, the bed is very comfortable and soft, and the pillows are not too high, which is very good. There is a balcony!

I liked to order Four Points before because it was close to Budget (maybe 30 meters), but this one is actually far from Budget (maybe only 20 meters). The room is also relatively large, just like the name of the hotel, it is a suite. Breakfast is complimentary breakfast, which is considered free breakfast, in the middle of the lobby on the first floor. I think this hotel deserves to stay again.

Staff were really great! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Thank you! The rooms, however, are getting a bit worn out and need a refresh. Lots of weird noises coming from pipes and HVAC. The first night we were next door to a loud rugby team and walls seemed pretty thin at the time but the staff were kind enough to relocate us for the remainder of our stay. Short-term parking out front was challenging because there’s hardly any room for more than a couple of cars. Onsite parking was nice but expensive. The full breakfast and custom omelettes were fantastic! Overall it was a good pick.

Great hotel very close to Lax , free shuttle to and from airport which is very easy to use and clear pick up points etc. Room was great, big and clean and accommodated our party of 5. Even the sofa bed was fine to sleep in. Breakfast was superb with wide selection and also omelette station to have made to order however you want.
Staff were great allowed bags to stay at hotel all day as we had an evening flight so we could go out and explore.

Great hotel for a stay while traveling through LAX. Not much to do or places to dine nearby, but that’s not what I visited for. Nice large fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Staff were very nice at check in and 2 free drinks at Manager’s reception nightly 5-7.
