Works well for our work trip and very convenient.

The hotel is relatively close to the Avenue of Stars, which can be reached by walking in about 20 minutes. The facilities are relatively simple, similar to domestic express hotels. The health condition is good and the surrounding area is relatively safe. The staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. There is coffee in the lobby and hot water that Chinese people need very much, which can be picked up at any time. Breakfast is a continental breakfast, quite simple. I left very early on the day of departure and it wasn't breakfast time yet, so I took a packed breakfast from the hotel and left, which was very convenient.

It is very hygienic and clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is nutritious and healthy. It is very close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and can be reached within walking distance. There is a microwave and coffee machine that can meet the needs of hot water. It is quite comfortable to stay. Cleaning the room requires special instructions to the front desk. You don't need to bring your own toiletries. Overall, it is recommended.

OK. Breakfast is a bit monotonous.

In general, I feel that the overall is quite satisfactory. It is very close to Hollywood. The location is not bad. There is a Thai restaurant next to it. It is not bad. You can go to the boxing gym to practice, haha. There are also many group photos of Land Cruiser Pacquiao in the Thai meal. The boss said that Pacquiao has been here many times, haha

Property was fine as as advertised. The room cleaning was not clean and the staff seemed to be bothered when asking them questions.

We love staying at this hotel when we are visiting Universal studios. It’s is close, clean and we live the free breakfast and coffee all day. They don’t mention that you have to pay to valet your car ($44 each night which is steep imo) till right before your stay in an email but a lot of places in California make you pay to park. One thing that I don’t like was you have to be 18 to be in the exercise room. I think it should be teens are allowed with responsible adult.

We stayed for a week during our spring break. First time visiting LA. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was great and they never ran out of food. The ladies that worked breakfast kept everything stocked until right at 10 am when breakfast was over. The pool is quite small and we didn't use it, although we did sit by the pool most mornings before our outings for some fresh air. Tons of walkable restaurants around the hotel. Also easy pick up for Uber/Lyft. In general the hotel/our room was very quiet. We would stay again.

Everything was great. Have no complaints about anything. Staff was great, room was clean, breakfast was good. Overall had a nice experience.
