房間設施在美國酒店來講是比較先進的，上樓層是在電梯口屏幕按數字的，房間也比較新！服務員服務也很好，會主動的去幫助。辦理入住跟退房都很方便快捷。寄存行李是不另外收費。 shuttle bus衹要有客人就會馬上安排出發。性質比很高！下次還會選擇住這。

房間設計還不錯，洗澡的花灑是固定的然後水很大，但是噴出來是直線的洗澡不舒服，酒店有穿梭巴士去機場，但是早上很堵車建議提前2小時出發，差點趕不上飛機，房間沒有免費的水，有收費的依雲一瓶5刀。另外上大巴的時候司機還問了一句是不是酒店客人，但是衹問了我們。

接駁車真的等了很久很久 別的幾個集團都來了好多輛了
住的還不錯 喝水的話要付費 早上坐接駁車去機場等了十多分鐘還好還好 離機場非常近

真心是不錯，第二天的飛機，在這休息一晚，辦理入住非常快，房間很舒服感覺很好，離機場太近，飛機起飛降落的聲音明顯，有來回shuttle,非常方便

最大的問題：到達時接機shuttle等了一個多小時才來，早知道還不如坐相鄰酒店的。酒店設施很新，電梯在走廊按樓層呼叫，按指示序號上電梯，比較科技感。早餐是美式高熱量食物，會非常誘人且飽腹感。當然也有燕麥粥酸奶。房間衞生沒問題，各種usb插頭也有。花灑是固定的不能取下來，這點不太方便。床比較軟可能一些國人不習慣。朝機場一側可以看到飛機起降。另外酒店門口沒有直接到門口的走車的路，要步行走一段，萬一下雨有些不方便，雖然LA幾乎不可能下雨。

Spacious and quiet! Affordable, near the airport, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. They’re the blue and white hyatt bus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to the front desk. The room I was assigned had a faulty sink, but everything else was good for a quick overnight stay!
