Very attentive, quiet at night

Stayed here with my family. We all loved the Roosevelt. Rooms were very comfortable amd clean. The pool was one of the largest hotel pools I've experienced (and has mural by the artist David Hockney painted on the bottom) and the Tropicana bar and area around the pool was lush and relaxing. Dinner at the Shirley was delicious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel!

They found a quiet room on the 8th floor. I was so grateful.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We forgot our passports in the safe and discovered on our way to the airport. The staff were able to retrieve it from our room and hold it while we drove back. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Was disappointed that there were hidden charges with no benefit. Was required to put a $150 deposit every day which adds up over several days, on check out an additional daily charge of $25 for facilities, but there were no facilites provided that you did not pay for. There was a pool but this was closed for renovation. Also recieved email 1 day before check in, after the free cancaillation period expired, saying that the pool was being renovated and apologise for the dust in advance. Did not feel like aan open and trustworthy management

The guy at the front desk gave me a wonderful room and was fun to chat with. Also the bartenders the bar in lobby are ai warm and make a fantastic drink.

Signed up to take granddaughter the pool was closed. Only reason I went. Wasted the the drive and one night.

Such an amazing place of history, remodeled, but keeping the hotel as it always was. Not to mention our King Suite had TWO bathrooms! That’s a win, win for any couple!

I stayed here for my birthday. A night away just for me. Everyone at the Hollywood Roosevelt was beyond extravagant. The service, food, drinks, and atmosphere was amazing. Perfect staycation l!

Simply a great old, classic hotel redone beautifully weather would not have permitted us to use the pool would definitely like to come back and enjoy the outdoors that the property has to offer

This beautiful and historic property holds so many stories which is the main reason we chose it. To have several members of the staff go out of their way to tell us stories and tour us around (huge thanks especially to Mark and to the gentleman who worked at the Kind Eddy in TO and who asked for Mark to show us around. You made our stay very special. Unfortunately the stunning Tropicana pool was undergoing necessary maintenance but the hotel provided guests with alternatives. Great staff. Great drinks in The Lobby bar! The burgers from 25 degrees were superb. The fitness room was fantastic. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

We selected this hotel as part of our new years eve holidays and we are glad we did! Hotel is beautiful arquichtechture and a landmark in hillywood but the food and drinking on the Shirley restaurant and 25 degrees !!! Remarkable. Best steake in the world
