We have stayed here before to go to 4th street live. It is walking distance so that makes it super convenient. We love the rooftop bar! The food is great and its a fancy atmosphere with fire light and glowing furniture. The food is really good there as well. This particular trip however, we were going to see Willey Nelson on a Thursday and the rooftop bar (outside area) was not open and we were very disappointed, but our fault for not checking first. The breakfast was good and the two girls that worked the breakfast area were bad asses. They were super busy when we went there and were running around like crazy to make sure everyone was happy. Great work to them.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. The shower door was broken. We asked for more coffee and never recieved it.

It was the perfect location. I only stayed 1 night to attend an event at the Mercury Ballroom, which was right next door. I also have Gold status with Hilton Hotels, so I try to choose that brand for my stays when I can.

The heat/ac unit in our room had no power. No air flow in the room. The toilet seat was loose and you could slide off if not careful. Simple things like this would be easily fixed if someone took the time to walk thru the rooms.

Everything wonderful. Breakfast was good. Would have been nice for a free continental breakfast. Paid $21 to park in the parking garage. Felt that should be included to stay at the Hotel.

Thw check in was seamless. I was checked in quickly and got to my room shortly after arrival.
The room was spacious, clean and had all items I expected.
Best part was I was in town for a concert at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a minute walk.
The 4th strret fun was a short walk the other direction. So great location.

Hotel was clean and well kept. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators required a room key and made us feel very safe. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! Parking is conveniently located, although os not included eith the reservation.
