I understand this hotel as 3 stars but I don't understand how the experience at the hotel was horrible the rooms were dirty. Rooms had carpets full of stains spider webs in ceilings water pipes exposed.

Will always stay at this hotel when in Lourdes.

I understand that this hotel is not a 5-star hotel but I also don’t understand how they have a 3-star. The rooms were extremely dirty, with the carpet full of stains, water pipes in the bathroom exposed, and no safe to keep our personal items. The restaurant at the property had menus for the days we tried once and the food they faves was completely different from the menu. When we ask about it the answer we got it’s all we have. The inside of the building was in really bad condition. On the positive side, some of the staff was very friendly especially the lady in the reception. I won’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends or in general.

Like every year since 2005, I come on a pilgrimage to Lourdes and I take advantage of the welcome and good services of the Helianthe hotel to rest in the evening. The a**osphere is warm, the meals are quality and the rooms are pleasant. Thank you Chantal and Claude as well as all the staff. Thierry

Pilgrim on the way to the Piedmont Pyrenees, I found peace in this hotel in a clean and comfortable room. The bosses charge a price to passing pilgrims. The half board is very good. Excellent place to rest for 1 or 2 days and to enjoy the cave which is just a 3 minute walk away.

The hotel is located in a secluded street 10 minutes walk from the cave. The return trips are tiring (full board). The room is rather comfortable. The bedspreads give it an old look, they are stained. The hair dryer is from another time! There's a big spider on the ceiling. As far as catering goes, it's a disappoin**ent. In summary, I doubt that the services are worthy of a 3 star.
