Besides the 9.9 rating for location, this hotel also had other issues...
First, the air conditioning: the control panel in the room was broken, and I had to ask the front desk to turn it on. It was incredibly noisy when I turned it on. I didn't need it in the morning or evening, but it was still hot when the sun came out.
Wi-Fi: The connection to our room was often disconnected, and the front desk said they didn't know about it.
