From the time i checked in, to the time I checkesd out. Had great customer service at the front desk and breakfast Bar.. I will come and stay again

Room was missing most of the toiletries. Sofabed did not have sheets and mattress was ripped. Next day did not get housekeeping done. Left note for towels and did not get none.

Didn't have pillows. Front desk tried giving me a folded fitted sheet to use as a pillow. Day 2 of our stay, the water was shut off for 5 hrs.

The level of online booking was good. The front desk did advise of a pending booking charge and the amout for that was refundable. I would like to add in regard to negative reviews. Not once did I see any roaches and going forward I wouldn't mind visiting again.

Wifi wouldn't connect...TV service was spotty at best. Had no soap or shampoo in bathroom. Not worth the money!

I did like the staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. However, the phone didn't work in our room, it would have been nice to have a list of local restaurants and places that would deliver. We also didn't have a television station listings. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
