We spent the old year and celebrated the new year 2024 at this Villa! The location is good, the place is very atmospheric and authentic... the food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are varied... it’s a pity that the room service is only up to 22(((spa zone is too small even for two, and it’s a pity that there is no pool inside the villa

Sensational location, attentive reception staff... Just as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The piano bar and restaurant are of the same standard. The spa is only available by reservation and is limited... which is disappointing... the fact that you can get some fresh air is also a negative. The fitness room is in the neighboring/partner hotel and is equipped with basic equipment... that's also questionable! But an instructor is usually on site! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the view is fantastic...

The room was nice, with a direct lake view, and a circular swimming pool downstairs, where the kids had a lot of fun. The problem is that the hotel is on the mountain, so it's inconvenient to take public transportation without a car.

The staff is magnificent. The room and view is spectacular. The food was excellent. There were many things to do locally and Milan was very close as well. We stayed here for our anniversary and it was excellent. Would recommend anyone.
