房間很大很大，有浴缸是個驚喜；從酒店到爐霍博物館步行28分鐘（開車4分鐘左右）；博物館很小，但展品還不錯。
前台小姐姐是藏族姑娘，依然很禮貌熱情，給升級了房型。
在色達住的也是卡薩，都還不錯。

酒店整體服務比較好，房間很整潔，有很多小設計，設施非常齊全，很新，有智能設備，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。露台視野很寬闊，眺望遠方，環境很美。前台和工作人員服務熱情，給與我了非常熱情和暖心的語言和行為。種草了，以後有機會還要去住。

酒店貌似新裝修，氣味非常大，我們大晚上的衹能開着門窗睡覺，洗漱台的出水閥是壞的，按下去就彈不起來了，關鍵用的水也是渾濁的，一層細沙，放了很久還是不清，臉都不敢洗，有一個枕頭一股頭油味！從來沒給任何商家差評，實在無力吐槽，大早上的六點半就吵得睡不着.。

設施：設備齊全，全天供暖，温度適宜。入住體驗超級棒。
衞生：很乾凈，邊邊角角都很乾凈。
環境：隔音很棒，一路舟車勞頓，在這裏得到了很好的休息。
服務：前台小姐姐很專業，很熱情。（特別説一下早餐就餐環境很優雅，在頂層四樓，頭頂是透明的玻璃。那天天氣正好，所以整個房子都灑滿了陽光，又不至於把你曬黑。總之很舒服。菜品豐富。有藏式的糌粑酥油茶餅子。還有中式的菜品。吃的很開心。）

這家酒店哪都好，價格合適，硬件設施齊全。前台小妹服務態度很好。門口有停車場，也有地下車庫。但有兩點不足之處..希望能優化一下，一個是供養21點-24點…就不能時間長點嗎？之前住的酒店用的大氧氣罐也是房間內瀰漫供養，供養是從入住到退房..還有一點，怎麼後半夜連地暖都關了嗎？後半夜冷

酒店服務很好，下車幫忙拿行李，房間也很大，不足的地方需要商家改進。1、第一天入住的時候沒有發現被子居然在臟的沒有換，早上發現被子有兩處血漬，讓人很不舒服。二是衞生間的窗户沒有窗簾，洗澡的私隱無法保證，搞不懂為什麼沒有窗簾。三是衞生間的異味嚴重，讓人無法忍受。四是洗澡的熱水忽冷忽熱，水温不穩定。這些問題希望商家能改進。

非常不錯的酒店，在縣裡應該算很不錯的了，入住很滿意，房間非常大，適合四人旅遊使用，特別是帶兩個孩子的家庭，很滿意，附近吃飯的地方也多，房頂餐廳可以看縣城全景，很不錯
