No light in my room, staff not interested in solving problems, only one towel in the bathroom for a couple. I am really disappointed by poor quality service and staffing behavior

A wonderful place staffed by wonderful happily working people, The boy Jean (my friend) & a good manager Nadine, a receptionist Grace & all the wonderful others, the only hiccup was the electricity issues which had nothing to do with Hotel (national downfall) however; they always used their own generator which kept understandably overheating due to overwork. Overall; a nice place to stay in Kinshasa and I’ve recommended many friends in Europe/Africa /America & Asia.

It's a tiny little hotel close to some workplaces that make it suitable for many, extremely friendly with good staff. Services limited but wifi consistently good, breakfast decent and the pool well maintained, I will be back here

Strong points: Location: right in the city center not far from the central station, close to a restaurant, shops, bank. Services: breakfast, drinks, restaurant, ironing, laundry, car rental, wifi, swimming pool. Pleasant staff.
Weak points: breakfast is always the same, it gets boring after 2 days. The room does not overlook a window that provides light, the room is very dark and we have to turn on the light all day. Water from the shower splashes all over the bathroom. What is unpleasant
But we are very satisfied with our stay at Kandolo. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel

I didn't like the mattresses which were very hard!
There are a lot of mosquitoes due to the hotel's location next to a dirty stream!
The equipment is incomplete or insufficient, or even very poorly done in the rooms!
And the staff lacks professionalism!
