If you want comfort and relaxation, go somewhere else. The bed was so uncomfortable and the noise from the highway was non-stop.

No hot water, I got there at 11:00 p.m. after 14 hrs of driving to tired to go back down. Took a cold shower went to bed. Awful experience.

Booked for convenience on a long i95 road trip. One day stay. Loved the outdoor seating area in the front. Room was clean and comfortable. They keep the hotel clean and updated/nicer than expected for the price.
Neighborhood and surrounding area is basic but looks like there’s basic options nearby to order, supermarket etc. Not sure about safety but the immediate vicinity was fine. The breakfast was pretty good and the lobby is nice for a traveler hotel-modern, little fireplace etc. Staff was nice and got our room as quickly as possible. The room also had modern bathrooms.
Only cons are that shower water didn’t get so hot, warm but not super hot, and not all vending machines work. As a traveler, my family and I found this place convenient and comfortable. We weren’t dining or touring, just needed a clean comfortable hotel for a road trip overnight stay.

We picked this hotel on our way up I-95 two hours before we checked in. It was after 11pm and the girl at the front door was very nice. When we got to the room it was tidy and welcoming but noticed the rug needed to be vacuumed a little better but was not a deterrent. I was disappointed there was no hairdryer in the bathroom but other than that it was comfy and served the purpose.
I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

I booked two days. I was out all day when I returned to hotel, my room keys were not active. I went to front desk and told Alelea that I booked two nights and that cards were not working she checked computer and confirmed reservation. She activated keys for me.
I went up to room everything was as I left it. I prepared to go to sleep and fire alarm keep beeping every 30 seconds. I tried to call front desk and room phone didn't work. I had to return to front desk. Aleela said she would move us to room directly across the hall so I could sleep.
I appreciate the effort to make my stay less stressful and to provide excellent customer service!!!

Moved into 4 rooms because of problems with cleanliness and non working refrigerators and air/heat. Very run down hotel and needs major renovations and rug cleaning throughout. I have stayed at quite a few Country Inn & Suites and this was disappointing.

Don't stay in this place, I made a reservation for 3 rooms. One of the rooms was infected with mosquitoes in the bathroom and bed. The second room the heating did not work, and the third room the sheets were dirty with stains and hair. I was there from Friday 12/29/23 until 1/2/24 every day I asked about the manager, the manager was never there to talk. Staff was very rude, they didn't care about the conditions of the rooms, I asked them to change the sheets and they didn't. When I asked to change my room, which was infected with mosquitoes, she told me it was sold out, but the parking lot was empty. After arguing, she agreed to look at the system and magically found another room. The new room was dirty too and in the bathroom there were red stains that looked like blood, I asked them to clean it and they didn't care, they didn't do it. Also the elevator stop working we have to use stairs to get to the 4th floor
