The entire 12F floor has been renovated (renovation). I chose to stay on 12F this time. The wide view of the city makes you feel comfortable. 3) Hardware (dry goods): A properly serviced hotel (check-in), air filter, humidifier, smart toilet, towels to bed sheets, dust-free, odorless, clean and tidy, all hotel supplies are complete with just a few more ❤️Enthusiasm! ! 4) Service: The hotel welcomes guests courteously, pays great attention to customer needs, and is completely responsive to requests (I have stayed in many hotels and I can definitely get this 👍). The hotel will also give many little surprises to guests who come in... Last 1 Picture haha! 5) Meals: You can enjoy free fruits, drinks, and dairy products every day. The buffet breakfast (Chinese and Western) is quite rich, and the Chinese food is most worth trying: 1. Tofu 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, 2. Beef fried dumplings 🌟🌟🌟🌟, 3. I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

The staff are friendly and the room has a good view. The windows are big and facing Luoyang Square. The parking is good and the soundproofing is OK. But when I woke up in the afternoon, the waiter did not open the door and the response was very smart. He immediately closed the door and gave me snacks. I am a man and I am still wearing clothes. I didn’t care. 😄 Disadvantages: The view in the room does not let the sun shine in. It may have something to do with staying in a hotel every day for work. I think the breakfast is average.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.
