第一次到洛陽，趕在4月看牡丹，酒店在上陽宮文化園內，名為客省院的仿古建築，酒店是整體園林式建築的一部分，門外的景色優美，園、池、小橋、亭，讓人融入在流水，林蔭和鳥鳴的園林環境中，心情舒暢。
房間迷你吧有贈飲，每晚有贈送水果。
酒店安靜温馨，服務體貼周到，入住體驗非常棒！

帶孩子在洛陽玩，看到這個酒店六百多，跟第一天住的東山賓館價格差不多，就選擇了這裏。
優點：在上陽宮公園裡，比較安靜，休閑時可以逛公園餵鴨子。如果開車訂這個酒店更方便，有停車場。酒店比較新很乾凈，電動馬桶，配送早餐
缺點：打車要走出酒店，有點費事。同樣外賣找不到酒店在哪裡，你去住了就會理解，因為大門像景區不像酒店。洗澡水忽冷忽熱確實很煩。沒有早飯，配送包子油條類的，周邊沒什麼吃的
總體對於孩子很開心，每天都餵鴨子，對於開車的非常方便，但是我們每天打車衹能到公園門口，要走進來，公園裡不開燈有點嚇人。非常適合商務，環境好

很精緻有格調的酒店，位於上陽宮內，大唐宮殿和園林的完美融合，不出去休閑走走喝喝茶都很愜意，夜景也是非常出片的。
服務和衞生都很好，前台挺熱情。有免費接站，前一天沒銜接好接晚了點，還給升級了房間。來洛陽還要入住。

當我去完洛邑古城等市區內景點後，回到酒店簡直是凈化心靈…
雖然沒有餐，但是甘露院可以吃晚飯，酒店院裏喝喝茶吃點水果也是好的。
這麼説吧，這酒店不會像其他地方 走哪都臭哄哄的……
在洛陽住了兩晚，第一晚住的別的酒店，以為連鎖的衞生有保障，結果一晚後感覺自己灰頭土臉的，第二晚果斷換這裏，好歹沒有灰…
講真，洛邑古城那樣的地方，不如在酒店院裏曬太陽，也建議來遊玩的朋友們，龍門石窟白馬寺 最多再去一下博物館，別的地方別去… 去博物館前也一定在酒店上好衞生間，博物館衞生間巨臭……
總而言之，這個酒店挽救了我對洛陽的印象！

酒店非常安靜，前台小姐姐和帥哥都非常友好。打掃衞生的阿姨非常有禮貌，出入都會打招呼。房間很大，而且非常乾淨。上陽宮很大很安靜，出門就是洛陽河，環境優美。十分推薦

先説優點
1、環境很好，就在上陽宮文化園內部，裏面亭台樓閣都是古風建築，鬧中取靜，很適合出來散步。附近珠江路吃飯的很多，不會跟遊客扎堆。
2、前台和服務員態度都很好
3、房間設施一應俱全，滿足了出行和工作的需求。
再説缺點
1、房間的設計有問題，衞生間和淋浴間正對着床，開開燈人在裏面上廁所和洗澡屋子裡的人看得一清二楚，你要麼就把玻璃門都弄成毛玻璃也行。
2、空調噪音有點大
3、走廊和衞生間門前天花板的感應燈實在是多餘，加上前面提到的設計問題，晚上人起夜的時候走到跟前廁所燈淋浴燈直接自動點亮，燈光很容易影響到另一位睡覺的人

據説夜景不錯，可惜龍門回來晚了，遺憾
有甘露院，洞元堂，觀風堂三處吃飯的地方，因婚宴而沒去成

環境幽靜，位於景區公園內，洛水之濱，亭台樓閣，門口還有荷花池和可愛的野鴨。夜景也是一流，都不用特地去洛陽其他夜景。（圖一“容省院”為酒店入口）
服務良好，衞生也不錯。此次住的房間裏還有衣帽間。
唯一美中不足，就是衞生間未完全乾濕分離（淋浴與馬桶），略有不便，建議改進。
