Luxury Hotels in Lu'an

"The room was nice, but it had a slightly damp smell. The tea provided in the room was delicious, and the environment was quiet with many birds. It was a bit of a shame that I didn't get to have breakfast; I wanted to have lunch, but the chef had already left. The young man at the front desk was very professional and answered my questions carefully, so I give him a thumbs up."

"Every time I come back, I stay at the Shuguang Platinum Hotel; it always makes me feel right at home. It might not be the absolute best, but the value for money is unbeatable. The receptionist, Xiao Chen, is polite, warm, and attentive. When I arrive at my room in the evening, welcome fruit and snacks are already there; you can order food to be delivered to your room before 9:30 pm. It boasts a large lawn and lake view, with plenty of space for taking the kids. The breakfast selection is extensive, and they've also recently added coffee takeaway options. Although the rooms are a bit old, they are fully equipped, convenient, very spacious, and offer stunning lake views."

"🚗Transportation: When taking a taxi around Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort, ride-sharing services are easier to get, while express taxis are generally unavailable. 🛁Facilities: I booked two rooms on different floors: the Bamboo Forest Hot Spring and the Linquan Hot Spring House. The upstairs Bamboo Forest Hot Spring (6217) had a significant sewage smell. The private hot spring can be turned on directly by guests, and the water quality is very soft. Children have their own bathrobes. The indoor playground has two floors, and the kids had a great time. 🧡Service: I booked for two consecutive days, but the welcome fruit was only provided on the first day, and the drinks in the mini-fridge were only refilled after I reminded them. However, the service attitude was excellent. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Thumbs up to shuttle bus driver Master Wang Yongsheng and Master Zhu of car No. 6! 🏡Environment: The hotel environment is very good, and the soundproofing is also decent. Being in the mountains, mosquitoes are inevitable, but with the electric mosquito repellent in the room, there were basically no mosquitoes. 🏪Surroundings: Across from Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort is the Wanxi Grand Canyon, and there are many farmhouse restaurants below the parking lot."

"A special thanks to Tang from the front desk for her thoughtful service! When I checked in, I casually asked about local transportation and restaurants, and she patiently explained everything and even reminded me about the weather. After checking out, I accidentally left my ID behind, but she found it right away, kept it safe, and contacted me promptly to pick it up, saving me a lot of hassle. Her warm smile and professional attitude throughout made my stay exceptionally comfortable. Tang definitely deserves full marks!"

"Beautiful environment, comfortable and exquisite The scenery in the mountains is very good. The farm facilities are very advanced and exquisite. Dyson hair dryer The cliff restaurant tastes good and the scenery is great. The nine-square breakfast is superb. The handmade noodles are delicious"

"The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The price was great, and the overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone, and Jingjing provided super good service!"

"Wanxi Hotel is located in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient. The Red Street is right next door, and there are all kinds of snacks in the entire location, which is impossible to eat. The hotel has convenient parking and the doorman is very friendly. Before check-in, you will be contacted by phone to ask about your room requirements, etc. When checking in, the staff at the lobby front desk are all smiling. The hotel room is well-equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, which I like, and can provide latex pillows. The guest room also thoughtfully prepares white fungus soup and fruit plate. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel service. Before check-in, the hotel staff Jiujiu added her on WeChat. When I communicated with her about some minor issues, she responded immediately. Then I found that the entire hotel staff responded and handled the problems very quickly and patiently. , no matter what position or position, the service attitude is beyond many other five-star hotels. Hope to have the opportunity to stay again hahaha."

"There were very few people when I lived, so the breakfast was delivered. The room was very rich. The next day I went to the breakfast room to eat deliciously. The local characteristics were all. I thought this place was relatively biased, but on the way back to the hotel, I saw the most beautiful sunset."
