"Choosing the Hampton by Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street was one of the best decisions I've made recently for my business trip to Lu'an, which also involved traveling with my child! This hotel is incredibly family-friendly. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a dedicated activity area for kids. The popcorn machine was popping away, and the paper cups filled with sweet popcorn featured cute cartoon designs, which instantly lit up my child's eyes. There's also a fun candy wall with various adorable sticker shapes holding candies, and my child happily picked them out, as if playing a sweet game. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the small gifts the hotel prepared for children – a variety of cute plush toys, mini car, and airplane models. My child loved them and kept saying the hotel was 'even more fun than an amusement park.' The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and easy parking. The building's exterior is modern and grand, and the revolving door design is very stylish. The greenery at the entrance is perfectly placed, making you feel good as soon as you walk in."

This time, my room was upgraded to an 'oxygen bar' type, which had no unpleasant odors, and the oxygen machine even produced oxygen, making me feel very comfortable. A beautiful day starts with a breath of fresh air [smiley face]."

The room was spotless, tidy, and hygienic, and the pillows were really comfortable. I loved that the air conditioning switch was conveniently located right by the bedside table – such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a great variety and was quite substantial. Plus, they offer a free shuttle service to the train station, which was incredibly convenient."

"This stay experience is particularly satisfactory, must be recommended by five stars! The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Moon Island, it is especially easy to go out and play, the convenience store and restaurant downstairs are complete, and you don't have to worry about eating. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was dry and there was no damp smell, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and the night was quiet and not noisy at all, and the rest quality was very good. Air conditioning, hot water, network are normal and easy to use, and the infrastructure is all available. The front desk staff is gentle and patient, the check-in and check-out process is fast, and the questions are answered carefully. The overall price is affordable and the price is super high. This is the first choice for Lu'an. It has been recommended to friends in the same group!"

"Environment: The villa-style rooms are built into the hillside, spread across the entire slope, offering decent privacy. Service: The service is excellent, responses are prompt, and issues are resolved quickly. Facilities: The room facilities and equipment are very complete; essentially everything you need is there. Hygiene: Overall it's pretty good, but the sofa had noticeable pilling, there were hairs on the floor that weren't cleaned up, and there was a significant odor coming from the bathroom drain. Food: The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the taste is excellent. Dinner is slightly less impressive; the stir-fried dishes taste great, but the prices of some dishes need adjusting. For example, the price of the shepherd's purse and mushroom soup with meatballs is quite unreasonable."

"We stayed at Villa 15 with my family, which is a spacious place. We didn’t even use the second floor. It would have been great to have some maintenance done inside. For instance, the shower temperature control wasn’t working, and all the water taps were loose, making them difficult to use. Additionally, the toilet on the second floor was malfunctioning. The most significant issue we encountered was ordering food for dinner. We waited for over 1.5 hours and had to cancel two orders. The food preparation and delivery took an eternity, and there were only 30% of the restaurant’s capacity occupied. Reception cannot speak English. On a positive note, the hotel’s location is good."

"The hotel is located at the intersection of two roads, so it's a bit noisy at night. Parking management is poor; vehicles are parked and enter/exit haphazardly. The room carpet was very dirty, and the staff were rather indifferent. They only offered late check-out if I specifically requested it, unlike when I was traveling from out of town where they proactively offered it. This isn't very considerate. The room rate isn't cheap for the area."
