"During the National Day holiday, we stopped in Lu'an for a rest and chose this hotel. It's a well-established five-star hotel, room 611, with a Chinese-style decor. The price didn't increase during the holiday, making it great value. The room was clean and tidy, and there was parking. The hotel seemed to be located within a tourist area, and we didn't explore the surrounding area. Ordering takeout nearby was convenient; I recommend a local restaurant for their delicious country-style goose and Sichuan peppercorn chicken 😋"

"We really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall). Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice. Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience."

"During the holiday, I wanted to take my mother and children on a self-driving tour around the area, but I didn't want to go too far. I saw this homestay on Ctrip, and the experience was basically consistent with the description. The housekeeper service was also very good, the food was quite generous, and you can go to the Great Rift Valley in Western Anhui and the Dabie Mountain Grottoes nearby. In short, it was a pleasant trip!"

"This experience was fantastic! The hotel has a great location in the center of Lu'an, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The front desk staff were friendly and proactively opened the door for us. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. Most importantly, the red soup beef noodles at the hotel breakfast were absolutely delicious, perfectly suited to my spicy Hubei taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lu'an!"

"We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in one of them was faulty and didn't cool, making it unbearably hot all night. The outdoor temperature was 36-37 degrees Celsius. How can anyone sleep when the air conditioning isn't working? Breakfast was extremely basic; the milk was made from milk powder, not fresh milk, and it was very sweet. The front desk staff were very rude. On the night of check-in, I asked my son to go downstairs to the front desk for some disposable paper cups for brushing his teeth. My son asked for six, since there were six of us in the two rooms. The receptionist asked my son why he needed so many, and only after he said there were two rooms did they give him six cups. We travel every summer and winter vacation and have stayed in many hotels of various brands. My son came back to the room and told me that the service at this hotel was terrible. Even though they gave us six paper cups, the staff's eyes and tone were very impatient. I want to ask the hotel management: aren't disposable paper cups provided for hotel guests? Many hotels provide disposable paper cups in their lobbies, but yours required staff to retrieve them from a drawer. This highlights the significant deficiencies in your hotel's facilities and service, and also indicates problems with your staff management. While the exterior is luxurious, many aspects of your service are lacking. The experience was extremely poor."
