"Choosing the Hampton by Hilton Lu'an Shanghe Street was one of the best decisions I've made recently for my business trip to Lu'an, which also involved traveling with my child! This hotel is incredibly family-friendly. As soon as you enter the lobby, there's a dedicated activity area for kids. The popcorn machine was popping away, and the paper cups filled with sweet popcorn featured cute cartoon designs, which instantly lit up my child's eyes. There's also a fun candy wall with various adorable sticker shapes holding candies, and my child happily picked them out, as if playing a sweet game. The room was clean and tidy, with new facilities, and the bedding was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The biggest surprise was the small gifts the hotel prepared for children – a variety of cute plush toys, mini car, and airplane models. My child loved them and kept saying the hotel was 'even more fun than an amusement park.' The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and easy parking. The building's exterior is modern and grand, and the revolving door design is very stylish. The greenery at the entrance is perfectly placed, making you feel good as soon as you walk in."

"The hotel environment is excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable – much better than any other hotel I've stayed in in other cities. I was genuinely surprised by how good Kaiyuan Hotel is, a truly pleasant surprise! The service attitude is fantastic, definitely five-star standard. The room amenities are also very comprehensive, and there are continuous charging outlets, so you can even charge your devices when you go out. They also have self-service washing machines with drying functions. The front desk staff were very friendly. I really love Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time."

"I don't usually write reviews, but I was truly touched by this Atour Hotel in Lu'an 🥺🥺 I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM that night, starving, dragging my suitcase. I was planning to just order some takeout, but the hotel had instant noodles for late-night snacks. A bowl of noodles and porridge at that late hour was incredibly comforting. That same night, my period suddenly started. Since I didn't have any sanitary napkins with me and the takeout would take a while, I called the front desk for help. The robot delivered three sanitary napkins of different lengths (perfectly suited to my needs), a cup of brewed brown sugar ginger tea, three extra packets of ginger tea, and a little note from the receptionist 🥲🥲🥲 I was so touched. In short, this Atour Hotel in Lu'an is definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The owner is generous, and the receptionist is attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lu'an!"

Stay comfortable and worry-free, I will choose here next time."

"Seriously, a word of warning! I ran into a trap at check-in today: the receptionist wouldn't just scan my ID card; she insisted I open a mini-program. I asked if I could do it directly, and she flatly said no, grabbing her phone to try and do it herself. I immediately realized something was wrong and snatched it back, saying, "Don't bother with all that, just check in normally." After some back and forth, I finally checked in with my ID card—no need to scan any codes! It feels like there's something fishy going on here. I bet if they scanned the code, they'd be trying to authorize or register me for a membership, and I wouldn't even know how my personal information got stolen. So, for anyone going to the hotel, please be careful: no matter what the receptionist says, insist on registering with your ID card. Don't download any apps, and don't scan random codes! Protect your personal information and don't get tricked into signing up for any automatically charged memberships. It's always good to be cautious when traveling! The hotel's cleanliness was also so-so, and the design was flawed in many ways. There were no power outlets near the table, and when I flushed the toilet, fecal matter splattered all over the towel—it was truly unpleasant."
