第一次入住 很熱情 由於晚上的航班和酒店協商後免費續房到了6點，看見帶了小朋友還給了摩天輪的券。房間裏面準備了小帳篷，小朋友很喜歡。酒店很乾凈，離水上樂園很近。

淋浴時水壓略嫌不足，不過瑕不掩瑜。辦理入住的小姐Sunny 笑容燦爛且親切，第二天得知我們想去珠海，還多加指示如何前往，令人窩心。吃早餐時餐廳的Amy也態度超好，不表揚她也不行。已向朋友推介，請繼續努力，也請轉述給兩位小姐知道，我對她們的謝意。

這次體驗很好，做衞生阿姨非常負責，床鋪很整齊，而且我放在化粧間的化粧品也幫我整齊放在帕子上。而且看到我在吃葯還多放了幾瓶水。真的很貼心，為他們的服務點贊。游泳池也非常巴適，環境乾淨，水温合適，服務態度也非常好。這是我住過五星酒店裡的最好的。

設施：設施很新，23年新開的酒店，全屋平板控制，科技感先進，
衞生：衞生OK，每天一打掃，
環境：出門就是新濠影滙的各個分滙，商場超市的生魚片很新鮮
服務：酒店服務非常好，還送了繽紛樂園券，酒店還有水上樂園，和泳池

超級滿意，房間安靜且寬敞，有寬敞的落地窗，對面可見珠海。有歡迎水果，有位叫陸俊傑的前台小哥，雖然業務還不是最熟練，但服務態度超級好。休息得很好，還想再來。
