"The hotel environment is acceptable, but the pillows are too soft, leaving me feeling tired after sleeping. The location is a bit far, about a 15-minute walk from Galaxy. However, there's a food street downstairs, which is convenient for dining."

Galaxy Hotel Hotels in Macau

"First and foremost, the hotel check-in experience was fantastic, especially thanks to Benjamin at the front desk. His service was thoughtful and thorough, and his explanations were very detailed. He even came to our room to set up a tent for our child, which they absolutely loved! The food recommendations for the street across the way were also excellent. The entire hotel is filled with a delightful aroma, and the SkyWave pool was incredibly fun! We'll definitely be back, and a special shout-out to Benjamin at the front desk once again."

"The room was quite spacious, a sea-view room. I was too lazy to take pictures at night, but it also came with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A perfect holiday paradise! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻"

"Everyone posts so many pictures of the rooms, so I'll share some of the surroundings instead. This is truly the other side of Macau, away from the glitz and glam – a peaceful getaway. I really appreciated the front desk staff's genuine smiles and greetings; it made me feel so comfortable and welcome. It felt very pure, thank you!"

"This was my first time staying at the Grand Lapa Macau. The hotel is very large with many rooms, but the room was smaller than I expected. The overall facilities were decent, but the absolute highlight was the three jacuzzi pools next to the main swimming pool. Because of that, I'd consider staying here again."

"Overall, the service attitude was very good, and the room was decent. However, the distance from the lobby to the room was so far that once you got there, you wouldn't want to go out again. My only dissatisfaction was being woken up by a mysterious 7 AM morning call."

YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel ★★★★★
"Check-in was efficient, and the front desk lady was very polite. The room was spacious and clean. However, the air conditioning was really weak; even when set to the lowest temperature, it would automatically adjust itself back to 25 degrees. It seems to be fixed at that setting, which made me quite uncomfortable for a long time 🥵. The location is convenient; it's about a five to six-minute walk to the Macau Jockey Club Light Rail Station just around the corner from the hotel."

Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao ★★★★★
"This hotel is clean and tidy with impeccable service. I'm also grateful to the thoughtful booking platform, which sent a beautifully prepared small cake on the day of check-in. The room is lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool, and comes with its own gym. Contrary to some reviews, there was no stiff, uncooperative, or arrogant service; every staff member was warm, polite, and upheld the hotel's brand with dignity. The hotel is quite large, and whenever you looked a bit lost, a staff member would always come to guide you. When storing luggage, they even proactively helped me check out the room card. The shuttle bus was very convenient. We had two unforgettable anniversary days. The room facilities were complete and well-equipped, and housekeeping was orderly. The front desk even proactively offered some summer experience activities and services."

Hotel Golden Dragon ★★★★
"We’re very happy with our stay here. We chose here specifically because it’s location and reviews. The transportation from Gongbei Port is very convenient, and there are many other bus stations within walking distance from the hotel. The receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable, which made us very happy. The hotel is covered with gold colored furnitures, but not cheap at all. The television here is awesome too, both the video quality and the variety of channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and we can’t wait to stay here once again! Thank you Mu Goi"
