This hotel has a great sense of history, is quietly located by the lake, and I highly recommend its Western restaurant. The location is also convenient and relatively peaceful. It's great for dining and transportation; the monorail station is right next to the hotel, making it easy to travel to and from the airport. It's about 1.5 km from the city center. However, boats passing by the hotel at night can be a bit noisy, and there's no elevator.

The old castle is quite distinctive and unique, which made for a good experience. However, because it's an old castle, there's no elevator. This wasn't ideal for families with large luggage. We later found out we could ask staff for help. The suite was clean and spacious, and they provided a fruit platter. The bathroom had a bathtub, which the kids loved. Overall, our stay was good. We chose this place because we wanted somewhere quiet and conveniently located, away from the casinos. It's a 3-minute walk to the light rail station and a 10-minute walk to A-Ma Temple. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast was à la carte, though the selection wasn't extensive.

Our graduation trip's castle hotel experience was a fantastic choice. We'll definitely be back with family next time. The hotel's location is superb, perched on a high cape, blessed by the Mazu Temple behind it, with its own chapel and surrounded by ancient trees, like something out of a fairytale. The newly renovated environment is excellent: rustic yet elegant, luxurious yet tranquil. It's a Portuguese-style castle villa conversion, hosting dignitaries and travelers from around the world, with 24-hour security. The hotel offers many hidden services, including spa tubs, airport transfers, and meals. The staff are generous and polite.
