La Reina de Gran Via

Terrible place. Infested with bedbugs and they were also asked for support, everyone says that we have to Send an email, I'm still waiting for answers until now. Or truth be told, I'm surprised that hotels have it as an option.

It wasn't actually a hotel, but a horrible room that was branded a so-called hotel. (foul stench and sewage smell etc) everything shown in the pictures is fake. Very difficult to find. The supposedly only hotel staff did not seem clean or pleasant at all. At first glance he seemed to doubt that WE were not control. When he knew we had been tricked he emerged. And he captured our identity inefficiently with his phone.

The apar**ent is very well located, and clean although smaller than advertised. No restaurant, it's an apar**ent building. The welcome is friendly, but exclusively in Spanish (and not in English/French as advertised). The bathroom is very good. Food ok, but no place to eat. The street is very noisy (bar just below), which would not be a problem if the shutters closed (one completely broken and one which refused to close after 2 days). The same goes for the windows, half of them were broken, and only held together thanks to a small latch, which let them open a good cm. Same problem with the front door. The lock has been replaced by a small bolt, and therefore yawns a lot. This is not reassuring, especially since the advertised safe is non-existent. The photos don't match, it's not the same apar**ent. Pretty bad price ratio, and above all it doesn't correspond to what we were sold...
