Clean, but squeaky floors, uncomfortable beds and pillows, a lot of street noise and a pretty buffet… raw bacon, crappy scrambled eggs and poor quality bread. Ham, cheese, yogurt and fruit were okay. Staff was not very friendly.

The hotel is very well located, walkable distance to all the main areas downtown.
Rooms are basic but fine.
Sound from room to room is not too quiet.

It was an amazing location, breakfast was really good, the guest service was amazing. The only few things we didnt like, the walls were thin, you heard everything that is hapenning next to the other things, and one night there were some noisy guets at 3am

The hotel is ok. During my visit (late October) they turned on to heating and we were told there is no way to put it on AC due to centralized system and the room was hot. However the staff provide a fan and it worked out. The beds were not as comfy as expected but was not awful. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was super small, nothing like the photos they put on the blog, the sheets had holes, there were always noises when the doors were slammed in the early morning.

It was a great property in the heart of Madrid. The room was comfortable and cool. Things functioned appropriately (i.e. AC). It was easy to go to many places. The shopping was right there, metro stop was down the street and there were many delicious eating options. It was a little noisy at times however, they have pretty good windows to keep the noise out. Would recommend for location and convenience.
