Magalluf Hotels with Airport pickup service

Great hotel for the price. Came for the half marathon and stayed 6 nights. Big smart hotel, not perfect but I also stayed last year and I'd happily stay again. The hotel is relatively quiet given it's Magaluf. We did b&b, the food was pretty standard hotel fare, it was ok. WiFi is great. The showers are a bit weird, they pulse between freezing your soul and showering you with molten lava. You'll learn when to dodge in and out of the stream 🤣 The other weird thing is the beds - they're comfy, but there are no headboards and there are wheels on the bed so they roll away from the wall. All in all a great value hotel with friendly staff.

This is the first Jet2 package holiday we have been on. Usually there is a few things you could point out that could be improved/changed, however this holiday from start to finish was flawless. We were really, pleasantly stunned at how smoothly everything went, the efficiency of flights, transfers and the hotel. The hotel was the best part of all, absolutely stunning, could not be any better or cleaner. All staff were attentive, took time to speak to guests, the manager took time to engage with guests all staff were hardworking , always around cleaning up, friendly, mannerly and always willing to help. The atmosphere and environment was very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The interior has been throughly and carefully designed, with everything you could need considered. This is the same for the exterior. Being an adults only hotel, it really was the ultimate chill VIBE. 😎 and not a bunch of 18-30s running around drunk like we feared. We are only early 30’s! but still not the scene we were looking for! All guests were respectable adults who were considerate to others and there to relax too. The food was a huge factor too, it could not be faulted, always delicious, freshly prepared not sitting out already cooked/mass produced. Breakfast lunch and dinner had so much variety including a daily specials board that always had fantastic new options, we were able to try a great range of things, including the cocktails, they were amazing too. The night barmen always made any requests seem easy. At the pool bar during the day there was also unique flavours and daily coffee iced frappes went down a treat too. Shout out to the pool barman who was really lovely, friendly and fab at his job! ( and making amazing mango daiquiris/ pina coladas!) 🧉 The room and balcony/view were lovely, we had room 515 and the view over the pool, beach and sea was just gorgeous to watch the sunset and sunrise. It’s a very big comfortable bed. Again always clean and not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. Not even the odd ants that you might expect abroad! The room had a mini fridge, which was very handy, a safe and easy to use working air con, you could adjust the temperature and how high or low you wanted the blast which was helpful to be able to lower it for during the night. Fresh towels every day and fresh bedding when needed. The shower was really big and powerful too. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to two amazing beaches, less than a 5 min walk to each. With lots of water activities. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Also lots of street food places or take aways which were also above the standard for a usual kebab pit stop! There was supermarkets, and a large spar 30 seconds from the hotel, plentiful pharmacies, medical clinic, coffee shops/bakeries, just anything you can possibly need. We haven't been to this hotel for a while and it was nice to see it has been refurbished recently. As before, to location is perfect for Magaluf or Palmanova. Price was also competative for the location and quality. Overall, our stay was pleasant, everything was clean and we would consider staying there in the future. As other reviewers have correctly said, the refurbishment hasn't included the airconditioning. Even though the room has a thermostats which you can set, in reality things are set by the hotel so expect a full day of running until the temprature gets down to a normal temprature. You can't go lower than about 25 degress in reality. The rooms now contain updated safes, but unfortunately there is a surcharge of 3 Euro per day to use this. Nearly every room has a fantastic sea view and has a balcony with sun throughout the day. Those who prefer the shade, may want to consider a different hotel for this reason. Talking of surcharges, in the resturant you will be charged for even water. To make matters worse, you are disturbed and reminded of this 3 times during you meal. The first time is to ask what you want to drink, the second to pour your drink and then a third to pay for the drink. Surely there has got to be a less annoying what to do this for both customers and staff? As others have mentioned, it would be good if the hotel focussed on reducing the amount of salt in there food. The staff work really hard in this hotel, and our room was serviced every single day. Reception staff were always helpful and staff in the resturant were fast to attend.

Sotavento Club Apartments - Adults Only is just a 5-minute walk from Magaluf Beach and the nightlife of the Strip. Each elegant Sotavento apartment features minimalist white walls and Hed-Kandi inspired artwork. All apartments have a private balcony, free satellite TV, free WiFi, air conditioning and a safe. They also include a fully equipped kitchenette. Apartamentos Sotavento’s pool parties feature games, dancers and live DJ sets. You can enjoy a drink at the poolside bar or relax in the hot tub or take a break at the lounge. The restaurant and bar serve snacks, meals and drinks until late. The breakfast is served until 3pm. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs can also be found on the Strip, a few minutes’ walk away.

Very good all round hotel. All areas clean & tidy, good selection of food available at breakfast & dinner. Lunches available in bar area & outside pool seating area, reasonable selection of food choices. Wide selection of wines available. Room was very clean & tidy and cleaned daily, nice balcony overlooking sea & pool area. Entertainment on 3 of the nights we stayed and was of a good standard. Good location only a short walk into C'an pastilla, bus stop right outside hotel with regular very cheap service to either Palma or Arenal Would recommend.

HM Balanguera is a good hotel. It's located in a relatively calm street, with no much traffic. It's not in the very center of the city of Palma, but nevertheless the distance between the two points concerned isn't too long, and going on foot from one to the other turns up a nice walk. The hotel is very well decorated, particularly the lobby. It's very cosy thanks to being decorated with much taste. The breakfast room is somewhat special, There is a big table in the middle, at which all the guests having breakfast sit down and talk between themselves should the occasion arise. It's a nice way to associate with other people. The weak point as regards this room is that it's close to the kitchen, both rooms communicating with each other through a door. Most of time the door is open so that one can hear the yelling of the women working at the hotel. I used to close the door but it was again opened and thus we had to bear the said disturbance again. Another nuisance is the awful music played at breakfast time. Once I asked the receptionist kindly to reduce its volume. He was more than kind to stop the music completely, for which I was very grateful to him. The breakfast, by the way, is very good and abundant. Everything is of an excellent quality except the orange juice, which tastes too bad as to doubt on its artificial nature. The bedroom is quite peaceful and comfortable. I had a good stay at the hotel thanks to that. I hardly heard any noise while in the room. The bed is very comfy, it having a mattress with the right toughness for ensuring a good rest. And in the room there is everything needed for satisfying the necessities of the guests. I asked for a kettle and they kindly provided me with one. The staff members are all very kind and helpful. They do at every moment whatever possible to ensure that the guests feel as well as possible during their stay at the hotel. The hotel concerned is therefore a good place to stay in Palma de Mallorca, and one I would absolutely recommend to everyone wishing to have a pleasant and relaxing stay on the island.

4 star rating overall from me. There are imperfections, but I wouldn't read too much in to some of the recent very negative reviews. Located at the far end of Magaluf, towards Cala Vinyes, but within 10 minutes or so walk of the ”bright lights” of the ***** if wanted. I caught public bus A11 from the airport which takes around 40 minutes and drops less than a 10 minute walk away - all for the princely sum of 6.75 euros (that becomes cheaper if you tap on and off using a contactless card - but mine wouldn't work). A taxi is c. 50 euros. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away out of the front door, albeit the slope / steps are quite steep and, not untypically for Spain, it appears the last couple of steps were never properly finished so have to be exited sidewards. We were a group of middle aged lads, occupying three rooms, one in block 2 (above reception) and two in block 1. The rooms varied but were all clean and tidy, TVs had a choice of UK channels, and (large refillable type) shampoo and shower gel were provided. My mini fridge was fully stocked (water, beer and soft drinks), but the other two rooms weren't (maybe because I'm a Hyatt club member and booked directly?). My safety deposit box needed a new battery that I had to follow up on day 2 for it to be fixed (they wanted me to be present to fix it). This hotel, that I suspect was born from amalgamation of 2 or maybe even 3 hotels, tries to be all things to all people - with clients ranging from young families with children, through couples, groups and the retired. It is large, with multiple pools, and a choice of food and drink venues were available (noting recent reviews about a slow start to the season, low occupancy and limited choice etc). Late afternoon check in was smooth and efficient for me, but I appreciate if bus loads arrive at the same time it could be lengthy. We were all inclusive and food and drink was generally good, albeit as others have noted, you need to keep an eye on things being fully cooked - we had to waste some under cooked chicken. Labelling was also an issue with some missing and others confused - baked beans labelled as ”small black pudding” being an example. See sample menus from Tapas and Burger ”Market Street” venues. We were able to use these ”specialities” at leisure, but I suspect they might be limited or need to be pre-booked in high season. There are some anomalies about what drinks are included - some cocktails are and others aren't. For example, Mojito is extra? The entertainment during our stay was mixed. The (newly arrived) team work hard, but things weren't perfect - the promised music quiz on our last night wasn't delivered for example. That said, the live singers weren't bad. We had a Beatles tribute band, and 90s retro live singers. The pools aren't heated, but were fine once you got in - the weather being mid 20's and sunny when I was there (9th to 13th May). Quick transfer from airport and quick check in. Everything was good. The hotel is clean and up to date (not brand new but not old and tired either). Good beds/towels/cleaning staff. Small hotel and good soundproofing. Mainly couples staying and quiet at night. A few restaurants around the hotel but none worth mentioning. Good thing was that with 11 euros we could get into the centre of Palma.

L'Hôtel Linda est parfait pour un séjour agréable : simple, propre, les petits déjeuners et les dîners sont excellents et variés, et le personnel est accueillant, sympathique et efficace. Mention spéciale à Alfredo, qui fait tout pour vous satisfaire (service en salle à manger). De plus, les commerces, les restaurants et la mer sont à proximité, ainsi que des arrêts de bus pour aller à Palma. S'il y avait un point à améliorer, ce serait de mettre de quoi étendre le linge sur les balcons. Ma femme et moi y sommes allés 5 fois, et c'est sûr, nous reviendrons !!!

Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages ​​and are not afraid to arrange anything.
