Except the location a little far from Hanoi international airport, the services, food, villas are super nice. The peoples are gentle and welcoming

The hotel is beautifully nestled on a plateau ... the rooms are very large and wonderfully decorated ... I particularly liked the natural fauna, the waterfall and the many different flowers. The food is excellent, I can highly recommend the cookery course, the pool is a highlight and the service is unique. Simply a wow effect,

Unbelievsble place, absolutely fantastic - beautiful, serene, with lots of things to do with family (visit zoo, bathe in waterfall, do yoga, prepare candles, seim, get a massage (in an exceptionsl spa…) - our family enjoyed it all! And top notch service.

Wonderful setting and great experience overall. We stayed in the top of the hill family suite (it's actually the one shown in the profile picture :-)) and it was amazing. Total peace and quiet. Service was top-notch, as was the food and all the facilities.

My family had the most incredible 4/5 days at the Avana Retreat in August. This beautiful hotel came highly recommended from a friend and we were thrilled to see how it surpassed even her high praise. I was in touch with Miss Quỳnh on WhatsApp and she arranged everything for us in advance and made it so easy, and then even followed up afterwards when I left a dress behind and she forwarded it on to my next hotel. Our Lantana bungalow was absolutely beautiful, and so comfortable and quiet, with the most incredible views. The fruits, juice and nuts and snacks were so welcome, the cloud pool the most beautiful swimming pool I’ve ever swum in, and everywhere you look is burgeoning nature carefully nurtured and cared for. We loved the activities and especially the village trek - what an absolutely exquisite part of the world. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the chocolate fountain at breakfast was a particular hit! We loved the bamboo forest and feeding the animals and couldn’t get over how well looked after we felt by every member of staff - everyone was so very kind and professional. The app works very well and the children loved using it to organise their buggy pick ups. We all loved the spa too and are treasuring our memories and crafted mementos from such a fabulous stay - it is a bright and verdant place filled with exceptional staff and 5 star luxury with an eco sustainable approach.
