I booked a twin room. Both beds showed signs of sagging. There were plenty of parking spaces. However, finding the elevator was a bit complicated. The wonton noodles at the nearby morning market were excellent.

Parking at Level 7! Breakfast is nice and please come early before 7:45 to get the glass seat. Level 3A & 3B -RM 10 per stay parking rate. Level 7 & 8 – Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. Level 4 to 6 – parking charges apply on an hourly and daily basis

We spend one night in The Shore on our way from Singapore to KL. The hotel seemed with the pictures and everything like a good fit for us as a family. Our experience was not bad per say but not as we expected. The rooms were not really clean, and the whole hotel, even tho it was opened not even 15 years ago, is very run down already. For 1 night it was alright tho.

We had a really wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at The Shore. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for us. The surroundings were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the beautiful view and the relaxing environment, which made our family trip even more memorable. Everything was well arranged, and we really appreciated the hospitality and service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we were happy with our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would be happy to recommend The Shore to our friends and family. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to come back again in the future. Thank you once again for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one!

The hotel is fairly clean and comfortable, with good and complete facilities. The room was tidy, and the overall environment was pleasant and suitable for a relaxing stay. Overall, I had a good and satisfactory experience. Hopefully, the cleanliness and maintenance can be consistently maintained and further improved in the future.

What I loved most about this hotel was the HOHO boat tour. It only cost RM10 for a round trip. I recommend taking it at 7 PM to explore the city center and returning to the hotel at 8 PM. That way, you get to see both the evening and night views.

The lift waiting time is superb long. Swimming pool crowded, no tower provided. The pool is share with Swiss garden’s residents.
