This place DOES NOT worth the price you paid for.
1. There are ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICES provided throughout your entire stay at Atlantis Malacca.
2. Self Check-in system is not properly managed. Access cards/Keys were locked in mailbox for self collection, but cannot access to the mail box room without any access card. Time wasted.
3. Security guards are 100% foreigners, not friendly, not able to speak simple English, not able to speak even simple Bahasa. Even as a Malaysian we were having problems communicating with them. Time wasted.
4. Unnecessary time wasted to get WIFI connection when arrived the unit. Unnecessary time wasted to search for swimming pool, as there were no proper directory boards displayed inside the lift or anywhere in the building.
5. Misleading information about swimming pool operating hours of 9am-9pm daily, which actually were not allowed to swim from 12noon to 3pm. Not allow to swim under sunny day.
6. Only 3 towels were provided and not 5 towels as mentioned on the check-in form. Should follow number of pax as registered during booking.
7. Kitchen stove is SO DIRTY, table cloth SO DIRTY, utensils NOT ENOUGH for a family of 4 person, fridge is SO DIRTY, the cooking area is SO RUNDOWN and Aircond is NOISY.
8. There is a welcome card placed inside the fridge saying there are homemade sweeties for customer...but actually there is NOTHING inside the fridge ! Why place the card to disappoint customers ?
9. Balcony light is NOT WORKING.
10. Customer will not waste the vacation time to complaint all the above.
11. No confident to return tonthe same place again in future.
