Best Hotels in Malar

A medium-sized hotel located about 2~3km from Old Goa. The room was spacious and clean, and the service of the hotel staff was good. However, it was very inconvenient that there were no public transportation stops and large-scale road construction work underway between the hotel and Old Goa. The hotel provided a vehicle to Panjim city center, but had to use an expensive taxi when returing. The notorious Goa taxi Mafia's expensive rip-off charge has havled the pleasure of the trip. Hotel's breakfast was disappointing. I only liked Lavazza coffee and watermelon juice. Hotel should pay more attention to the breakfast menu.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! The latest addition to Taj properties in Goa is Taj Convention centre & Resort. A really very beautiful Hotel on a hill top looking towards the sea. A view from the Hotel is breathtaking. Beautifully done rooms, spacious Banquets, conference rooms & a cinema house for 30 people.”, my congratulations to the Owners & Archietect team for giving Goa a wonderful place for each & every type of events, the plus point is IHL Selections Cidade de Goa( where I have been staying for the last 25 years) for Beach & Garden events. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor issues. Upon arrival, I discovered that my initially assigned room did not have a proper sea view as expected. However, the staff handled the room change process smoothly, ensuring I could move to a room with the desired view without any hassle. One slight disappointment was that despite being a Neupass member, I could not access the high-speed WiFi. While this was a bit inconvenient, the standard plan speed was adequate and fast enough for my needs, so it did not significantly impact my stay. The resort's buffet offered a good spread with a wide variety of dishes. However, some dishes were a little bland for my taste. This can be a matter of personal preference, and the excellent choice of food options still ensured that there was something for everyone. Despite these minor drawbacks, my four-night stay was enjoyable, and the positive aspects of the experience far outweighed the minor issues encountered. I want to thank the housekeeping team for the delightful surprise they arranged on our anniversary. The cake, balloons, and music made our celebration memorable and added a heartwarming touch to our stay.

Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

The one property I had not been to as yet. It was a great experience. Mr. Inzam at the reception helped us out very patiently in order to ensure that we got the rooms of our choice. The food in this property was really really good. Special mention to Mr. Sumesh and Mr Carson, who catered to all our wims and fancies. They ensured that we got everything at a moments notice. Mr Srikant was very helpful and patient driving us around in the golf carts. The kids really were well taken care of by the amazing team of Barmon, Chetna and Malvica. Very talented bunch I must say. Overall we had a great experience and will visit again. Downside I would say unlike Leela, the beach experience can be improved. Leela has better access to the beach.
