Mammoth Estates Rentals

Stayed in condo # 219. Decor and colors are from about 1975. The refrigerator and dish washer have been updated but not much else. Furniture, curtains, shower, shower curtain, bath rooms are quite dated to about 1975. Food stains on dining room chairs, dining table. Curtains falling down. . No central heating. Wall heating only. Very little storage space available. Chest of drawers was filled with extra blankets and pillows. Closet filled with rolling bed. Just OK

We stayed here for about 3 days and the unit we stayed in was very outdated. The sofa was old and scratchy, the lighting was horrible. The worst part was the dining room table because, It was like it had never been cleaned. I used a few wipes to clean it and they were black from the dirt. Also there was hair in the bathroom sink, the temperature screen on the oven didn't work, so you kind of had to guess and watch your food cooking in the oven. The main bedroom bed was comfortable, but you needed a step ladder to get into it. You almost have to get a running start to get into the bed, because it’s just so high The location is great, it's walking distance to the Gondola to take you up to the ski resort and if you wanted to drive there, it's on the same street, only about a 5 min drive. If you're going to be out a lot and you just need a place to sleep, then sure use this room, but if you're trying to relax in the room, then room 227 isn’t the room. The other cabins are nicer, because we had other families we came with and their place was amazing. I had thought all of them were old, dark and dreary like ours, but not the case.
