We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming a**osphere.

The staff is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They could tell I was from out of the country and made many recommendations for me to see their lovely city. The room was clean and housekeeping would come around later in the afternoon when I would be out. The restaurant buffet was wonderful, a wide selection of Asian foods. My departure flight was late in the day so they let me stay longer in the room with a later check out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

My only comment is… given the size of Manila, unless your business is nearby where the hotel is located, I’d recommend other parts of the city (which I am sure must also have very nice hotels). We went hotel hopping during our Binondo staycation trip and Ramada is our last stop. First, the guard and bell boy was all so assistive upon arrival from parking to bringing our luggages. They were always smiling. Check-in the supervisor guy morning of October 27 was so nice he checked us in immediately even though its only 10:30AM, because my 4 y/o daughter fell asleep and he want us to rest. Its in the heart of Binondo! Everything is walkable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We are a regular and loyal client of this hotel. We are booking 2-3x a month that is we definitely know what are the changes. Well, sadly the changes are on the down side. First the Cons: cleanlineas is maintain and the service is outstanding as always. Again, kudos to Jason of front desk and the entire team including those at the coffee club These are the downgrades for this visit; body wash and shampoo were not immediately provided, complimentary coffee, as well. The bath on our room got flooded when you showered and it never subside even not use overnight. The double door lock, the chains are busted. The wifi used to be readily accessible but this visit we have to wait for over 1 hr to have access. The room we stayed is 1202. Hope they can improve. We love this hotel and the staff hope the changes will be for the better or at least maintain.

The hotel is about 8 km from the airport and it is recommended to spend a day in Manila because of the journey. Taxi drivers usually have problems to find the hotel. But thanks to Google Maps it is possible. The hotel is located in the middle of the extreme China Town. There are small indoor markets with extreme cheap China goods, but also larger and more expensive malls. But, in the evening when the many stores close, it will be very quiet. To the hotel: All works fine, the aircondition, TV, shower, breakfast is brought into the room. And it is absolutely quiet. There were problems with taxi ordering in the morning. Grab app doesn't work properly, very long waiting. Absolute recommendation for people who have fun in China business and want to make the right snoops but also have the nerves. Stayed at Bayleaf Intramuros during our brief stay in Manila to visit family last October 2023 and we were welcomed by an accommodating staff that was always willing to assist whenever we had questions about amenities or their services. The location is central to the Metro Manila area which made it easy to travel to different parts of the city. We'd like to extend a special thanks to the reception staff who were kind and cooperative when we asked for specific services such as luggage storage during our brief travel to another country or assistance with weighing our luggages to meet airline requirements. Also, a special gratitude for Aira Evangelista and her team at 9Spoons for great service at the daily breakfast buffet offering. Aira went above and beyond when we asked her about a specific breakfast menu item and also about a local delivery, being unfamiliar with the LaLaMove service - she was able to answer any questions we had and offer solutions to an issue we ran across with. Thank you again to the entire team at Bayleaf Intramuros and we look forward to our next stay at your property.

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

When we arrived at the hotel, they were very patient and communicated because our English was not good. The fan in the room that was opened first was very noisy and had a very strong odor. They asked to readjust the room. They quickly sent a waiter to look at the room with us until we agreed to adjust to a room we thought was satisfactory. The bathroom did not have any odor. Although the room was not luxurious, it was clean and simple. The service attitude is also very good. It is also close to some major scenic spots and can be reached on foot.

An unmined gem. Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

The location was near intramuros and binondo which was our plan to explore. The neighborhood of the hotel is shabby. The staff were nice that they let us leave our baggage while we travel outside Manila and pick it up on our way flying out of Manila.
