Nipah Bay Villa

We booked originally for 3 nights and we were so pleased by this place that we decided to extended for one more night. We stayed in the chalet 13 and all was excellent as: great mattress, bed linen, hot water, powerful AC, water pressure, small fridge, kettle, good WiFi. Room was sparkling clean and very spacious. Welcome was kind especially by a local Uncle (which I do presume is the Owner). Definitely recommend this place. By the way we are also Hoteliers in Malaysia. Thank you for this nice experience.

This resort offers you a well maintained accommodation with sufficient facilities. We booked ourselves for a Special Deluxe room and we did not regret it at all. Though we had to walk up to the top floor, the room that we got as soon as we opened the door took our breath away! It was so romantic. The room came with a double bed, with a view of the sea right from the balcony. The room was of a decent size, comfortable enough for 2 adults. For us, the best part was the large balcony with terracotta flooring, a picnic table, and a hammock. The view was amazing during sunset. The pool was small, but considering the number of rooms they had, it’s acceptable. It’s not that deep, but you can still swim freely when there was no one else. I did not recall if there was a gym though. The beach was just a few steps away from the property- right in front. There were so many water sports activities which could easily be rented/purchased from numerous vendors there. There were also stalls and restaurants along the road so finding your meals and necessities were easy. For mobility, we rented a motorcycle. It’s very cheap (about MYR 40 per 24 hours on a low season, weekday). Another great thing about the Pangkor Island was that it’s a duty-free island and everything was so cheap (at the duty free outlets). Will surely come again for many more times.

Name : Nizam Masood Stay : 2 Person (Standard Room). Room No : 112 Date : 14 Sept - 15 Sept 2020. Location : The location is nicely located right in the small street very near to the beach. There are many guesthouses around and this one is very easy to spot. Get a taxi from the jetty, it only costs me RM 16.00 (for 2). The taxi driver know the chalets by heart. The location is ideal and not so noisy. I love this features. Reception : We arrived around 11am. The room is not ready yet as we expected. The receptionists are very kind to let us put our stuffs and asked us to wander around first. They will give us a call around 2pm when our room is ready. They helped us to arrange our motorcycle rental. And they are very knowledgeable about their island. Thru my one day stay, all the staffs had been extremely helpful. Room : We came back around 1.30pm and the receptionists hurried to tell us the room 112 is ready. We know by the look of this resort that this is not a grand chalet, but I GOT MORE THAN WHAT I PAID. The room is spacious, enough for rucksacks and for us to walk. The design is very traditional and the AC works super fine. I didnot try the TV, I dont see why I have to watch TV while being in Pangkor. Hot water is perfectly fine and the bathroom is clean. The room does feel a bit sandy but thats the feeling of being so near to sea. I believe they cleaned the room 100% but with winds and stuffs, nothing can be done about that. After all, it is a perfect hotel near the beach. Food : We didnot order room with any meal packages. No idea. Environment : This is what it feels like to be on a holiday by the beach in a traditional chalet. The area is very hype, but local enough for us to enjoy. The whole experience had been very positive for me. The hotel, the beach, the sea, the receptionists, the lobby area, the restaurants around and the live band, I think all of them are PERFECT. Recommendation : You have a wide lobby. I think you can add a bit of an entertainment there like a pool table. But thats just some recommendations. Satisfaction : TOTALLY 100% SATISFIED. I totally recommend this resort to anyone who wants to go to Pangkor. You cannot go wrong. Try this and be amazed.

We were group of 12 adult and 10 children stayed for one night in sandy beach resort. Didn’t had much expectations before we arrived the place, but after stay everyone felt not leaving the place. Resort is very well maintained, clean and neat. Rooms were cleaned well and are in good conditions, understood most of the rooms were refurbished and all well maintained . Aircon was super cool. All rooms had smart tv with good wifi connection. We had all meals in the resort- 1 dinner , 1 lunch and complimentary breakfast. Dinner and Lunch was arranged for our group for the items which we asked and all items were adequate quantity and tasteful. Thanks to chef Haidi and team for taking care. We all liked the food served. Resort is currently understaff due to pandemic and they are slowly increasing staff, however who ever were available took care each one of us. Thanks to William and team for the hospitality. Beach near resort is clean and there are water sport activity available which we can enjoy. Pool is also good and kids had a gala time. Will definitely love to be back in future.

I love this resort so much ! Is an excellent choice for those who love stay at night on terrace and enjoy swimming pool also . It would be great if swimming pool would be open night too at least till 1am ... Personal is very friendly and helpful and every time go there feel great ! Location is less than 10 mins walk to Coral Beach but just across the road has other beach too . Nights are quiet and nature and hills are just at your room windows... The building is old; maintained a bit less than adequately. You may have to call reception to get some things fixed (lights, bath, etc.). I upgraded my room from city & sea view to pool & sea view - its worth the RM30. Amenities is great - pool is near to the beach. If you bring your kids, let them play at the beach but no swimming as it is too close to the jetty. You can always swim at the pool. Breakfast is good. Malaysian breakfast mostly and those are cooked to almost perfection. Staff and service is fantastic.
