Paco is my favorite hotel all the time. I’m used to using my mobile phone on business trips. I like it very much. The style and environment are convenient. The location is easy to find. The service is always in place and makes me feel very considerate. It was very warm and gave me a breakfast roll. During the Spring Festival, we stayed at the Meihao Lizhi Hotel (Maoming High-speed Railway Station) in Maoming. It was refreshing: First, there was a warm service. We were driving from Hainan to GZ with a small kid and it was our stop halfway. The location is great. It's in residential area, apparently near downtown. With a mall linked to the hotel (actually using the same parking). There are few other malls walking distance. There is a nice softplay for kids in the connected mall. The room was great. Big, nice bed. Spacious. Everything seemed brand new, I was a bit surprised as it was opened since 2019. The first room we got though had a strong cigarette smell, it was definitely not possible with a child to stay in. We changed the room. The staff was friendly and helpful there. The bathtub was awesome! It has also quite ok soundproof. I didn't hear anything from upstairs or rooms next door (only from the hall, probably because the elevator was next door). Overall, a great place to rest. We overslept breakfast time, can't comment on that, neither on the pool downstairs (I believe it's shared with the linked compound). Service is good, parking is convenient. I would recommend the hotel management to check the hotel directions (导航指导我们去另外停车场) with the amap. It lead us to a different parking.

I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

The location is remote and there are no shops in the area, so it is difficult to find good restaurants. We also don’t want to eat the hotel buffet or Chinese food. Just outside the village, there is nothing. Service: My husband had diarrhea in the middle of the night and went to the front desk to ask if there was any antidiarrheal medicine. He also asked if there was a water temperature thermometer, but there was none. I asked Xibuchi to do it in the room and waited for almost half an hour before he came. The service is not up to five-star standards, and the attitudes of the front desk and guest service operators are not friendly enough. Facilities: The basic hardware is five-star standard. The pavilions and water terraces in the park are well landscaped. There is nothing interesting except the hot springs. There is no indoor heated swimming pool, and there are not many play areas for children. Not even pet-friendly. We went on Valentine's Day. Because there were many people celebrating the New Year and I was pregnant, we just soaked in the room and didn't go to the public pool to join in the fun. I won’t comment on Yushuigu. It still takes a while to walk from the Sheraton Hotel, including the hotel’s spa, which also requires walking to Yushuigu. All in all, it's a remote place and the service isn't attentive enough. I really don't think it's worth the price. Will not come again!
