Located in Marmaris Icmeler region, the location of the hotel is very good. We were very satisfied with the staff. The food was of sufficient variety and was very tasty. The hotel has its own place and sun loungers on the beach. In short, although it is a four-star hotel, it was a hotel that we liked very much.

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I must say that it left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the design and ambiance of the hotel were simply breathtaking. The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.

Me and the wife stayed here our first and last time. We stayed for 2 out of 7 nights then moved back to Icmeler for our last 5 nights. The live band on for 2 nights were so loud we thought they were in our room on the 3rd floor so i can”t imagine how bad the 1st and 2nd floors must have been. Then there was a DJ on for the next 3 nights as well. When the band finished at approx 1230 am the bars loud music kicked in til late. The room was very small with very little storage and a small glass fronted fridge which shone all night. The sea-view was amazing with a fair sized balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and typical Turkish which we liked. Some of the guests were rude and walked around as if it was a 5 star which it definitely was not. When we checked out they tried to charge us for a meal and drinks we hadn’t had and we had to show proof that we had not. Would we go back? a BIG NO

We have been to Turkey before and decided to stay somewhere different and we chose Dost Hotel. We came with our two friends and their young baby. The staff were all so so lovely and accomaditing, they couldn't do enough for us. Everyday we would speak with the staff and they would take a general interest in our day and wellfair as well as interact with the baby. The room itself was lovely and very spacious and clean, only downfall is the bed was very hard and took a few nights to get used to it. It also states there is a pool guests can use opposite the hotel (not owned by the hotel itself) however it was closed and had no water in. That didn't bother me personally as I don't go in the pool on holiday however it may bother some but don't worry you are not even a 5min walk from the sea which is much better! Yuksel was the most loveliest man ever! He was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I forgot my beach towel and he kindly gave me and my partner a beach towel to use. I also clumsily fell down the stairs and he came running to make sure I was OK and really looked after me and kept checking I was OK (I was fine). He genuinely cares about his guests and the hotel and its obvious to see, we would have regular conversations with him each day. The ladies at breakfast making the food were also very friendly and smiley. Overall this hotel really made us feel welcome and all staff show a great example of customer service! В Мармарисе отдыхали третий раз, апартаменты снимали впервые — и с первой же попытки такая удача :) Номер просторный, двухкомнатный. В главной комнате угловой диван, большой телевизор с кучей каналов, нетфликсом (нужна своя учётка) и USB-портом, из стены откидывается большая удобная кровать. В спальне ещё одна кровать, шкаф для одежды, складная сушилка, утюг и небольшая гладильная доска. Обе кровати удобные, матрасы не слишком мягкие, но спать комфортно, подушки тоже отличные. В каждой комнате — свой кондиционер и балкон. В нише у входа — мини-кухня с мойкой, электроплитой, стиральной машиной, чайником, кучей посуды и отличным холодильником с небольшой морозильной камерой. Для готовки есть вообще всё необходимое: кастрюли-сковородки, бутылочка оливкового масла, соль-перец, чай и молотый кофе. Ванная стандартная, но тоже просторная, есть фен. Сантехника отличная. Отделка номера простая, но стильная, всё чисто и аккуратно. Лампы с диммерами. Расположение у отеля удачное. До пляжа пешком минут пять, до центра города — пара километров. Буквально через дом есть ”Мигрос”, открытый до полуночи, так что сбегать за продуктами можно за пару минут. Персонал максимально позитивный и приветливый. Уборка раз в неделю, но за небольшую дополнительную плату можно заказать в любой день. Если нужны расходники (тапки, туалетная бумага и т.д.) — можно попросить, всё принесут. В общем, мы от апартов остались в восторге :) Из минусов разве что временами шумная центральная улица за окном, но спальня на противоположной от дороги стороне, и спать шум не мешает. Ещё было бы круто добавить на кухню какие-нибудь местные приправы, потому как в магазинах всё продаётся достаточно большими упаковками.

6 yıl sonra tekrar aynı yerde konaklama fırsatı buldum. Ilk ziyaretimde olduğu gibi, yine aynı şekilde çok memnum kaldım. Otel personeli çok yardım sever, ilgili ve çok güler yüzlü. Özellikle Afyon'lu hemşerim oda görevlisi hanımefendi (ismini hatırlayamadım). Eğer kendisine ulaşma imkanım olursa çok sevinirim. Kendisine hoşçakal deme fırsatım olmadı malesef ve çok üzüldüm :( Gerek merkezi konumu, gerek sakinliği, gerek güler yüzlü personeli dolayısıyla bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum

The hotel is located right on the promenade of Marmaris bay, closer to the far southern part of the bay. The location and views from the rooms with a view are amazing. Restaurant for 4. A lot of shnyaga such as snacks, marinades, several types of bread, but with meat ... Only chicken in several guises for both lunch and dinner. I won’t say anything about alcohol, because we don’t drink it in any way. The price tag was 10 thousand rubles per night on May 8-10. Not a disaster, but a multiple of what it was in 2019. They don't have their own parking. There are few Russians. Mostly all Europeans.

Good hotel for your money. Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)
