We were more then happy with our stay at the Shaloma riad. Omar and the others were doing very well; nice beds, warm showers and clean rooms. I loved the breakfast they served when you were taking a seat. I would do it all over if I had the choice, thank you very much for your hospitality and hopefully till next time! We stayed here 2 weeks after the earthquake and I asure you everything is in perfect conditions and working as usual in the Riad and in Marrakech. The Riad is close to the main square and all the main sights are in walking distance. The rooms are nice and clean, the food they provide is delicious and all the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Omar who made our stay here very special, we felt like at home and we are very grateful for all his help. The city of Marrakech is very safe and welcoming and if you are looking to make your visit even more fantastic then I recommend that you stay in this Riad, you will not regret it!

Very pleasant and beautiful Riad. I was there only for one night and the high point was the staff, especially Omar who did everything that was possible for me to have a nice stay. Definetely worthy it!

The rooms are nice and clean,15 minutes walking to the shops. The evening before we left we paid €15 for the taxi to the airport at the reception. The next morning we couldnt find nobody at the reception or somewhere else in the Riad and there was no breakfast. Not a nice way to end a great time in beautiful Marrakech.

Great place for short stay, city trip! Stayed for three nights, friendly staff, clean room, welcoming and helpful. Mid-range, very nice central place to stay. Walking distance from Place des Ferblantiers, El Badi Palace and Bahia Palace. Kim & Rox NL

Me and my sister stayed for a few nights in this Riad during our trip through Marokko. We absolutely loved it here, Ahmed is an amazing host who will help you with anything. Gave us great tips on what to do, his best recommendations and safe/cheap travel options. Rooms were also very clean and got made up every day. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our time in the riad was simply a great time! We were treated as we were at home! Ahmed is just the type of person you want to have around. He explained how to get around the medina and what to look out for. The food here is amazing! We did some tours and tried some restaurants but always felt short compared to the riad!! The rooms are clean and welcoming! Overall if you want a good place inside the medina to stay , I 100% recommend Riad Shaloma!! Thanks for everything and see you soon!! 🙌

We thought we were having a pleasant stay in a pretty Riad but as soon as we arrived we found ourselves in a dreary Riad a bench at the dirty entrance no a**ospheric decoration as in the photos on the site !! no welcome drink Ahmed then accompanied us to the bedroom and there a great moment !!! sad room that smells of humidity, (photos) the bedside lamp the wire cut (Photo) the moldy bathroom ceiling the horror. The towels traces of rust and holes (Photos) I went on the dusty terrace the tarp of the living room disgusts the deckchairs at half mast and the laundry drying area we understand why the towels have holes some had fallen from the wire on the ground and I suppose afterwards they are bent direction the room. The Riad is managed by a Moroccan owner who has nothing to do with it, he no longer invests in his Riad Ahmed, the only employee is upset, he told us!!! We had half board and there the pompom no tablecloth a**osphere candles as on the site and the frozen food was the Microwave waltz of the frozen briouates in the middle we got up and we went to dinner in town The morning after having tried the pancakes and defrosted bread breakfast we made the decision to leave despite our reservation and we rented in a magnificent Riad "Le Clos des arts' in order to finally be in a unique place. Ahmed understood our decision On our return to France we made a complaint to Last Minute and Booking who contacted the owner who did not want to know anything so everything is fine Flee this Riad you will bitterly regret about Last Minute and Booking not up to our inconvenience and costs incurred!!

Very good stay at the Riad, the owner Ahmed, very aware of us at all times. The rooms are large and very clean and the lunches are very complete. We have been very comfortable in this Riad, I recommend it 100% Close to important monuments and well located.
