Pestana CR7 Marrakech ★★★★
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. They were always willing to help with a smile, responded quickly to any request and made sure every detail of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attention to customer service and genuine care for guests really stood out. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to ensure visitors have a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A very big thank you to one of the staff who stood out, Ismail. His professionalism and kindness made my stay memorable. He is an asset to the hotel I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

Riad Belikoss Pool & SPA ★★★
"Amazing customer service and friendliness from all the staff, even the cleaner, so so helpful and kind. Thank you!💕"
Marrakech Freedom Yan Hostel ★★★
"The guesthouse was fantastic! The cook and staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and lovely! Air conditioning was a welcome relief during Marrakech's sweltering summer! The location was also superb, very close to Dagblad Square and the Royal Palace of Bahia, less than 200 meters away, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently located with easy access to everything. Even just staying in the hostel and chatting with the receptionist and other guests from different countries was fun; we even shared meals together!"
Ari Boutique Hôtel - Adult Only ★★★★
"Avoid 1st floor. The loud and deep base music at night penentrated all walls and windows. Avoid room no 18. The only window faced wire fence and back alley leading to the swimming pool, a public area. Any pool user could easily go to stand outside the windows. The advertised "city view" is non existent And the worse is the room is next to those air-conditioning coolers. The hotel charged MAD40 tourist tax for one person, which doubled the amount Trip.com stated. The location is 9min from marrekesh station. Interior amenity is good 1/3 of the breakfast is pastry..."
Hotel Almas ★★★
"There is breakfast, the environment is clean, the front desk is kind and friendly, they will take the initiative to help you if you don’t understand something.🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡"
Massira Social Living ★★★
"We couldn't find breakfast, and there was no air conditioning in the summer either, and we were told we had to pay taxes. I definitely don't recommend this place."
Savoy le Grand Hotel Marrakech ★★★★★
"The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

Park Hyatt Marrakech
"Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, typical for this price range. The minibar items are all complimentary, though it seemed like there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste (but I brought my own, so I didn't actually ask if they had them). The gym is quite large and even has a strength training area, but there are a bit too few yoga mats, which made it inconvenient for stretching with a friend. The restaurant food was just okay. The octopus appetizer at Tfaya restaurant (P4) was the only dish I'd recommend; everything else felt below expectations. The restaurant service was decent, and the prices weren't high. Cleanliness: Excellent. Environment: The surroundings are lovely. The gym overlooks a river, but it's a bit far from the city center, giving it a secluded feel. Service: Felt slightly below expectations. There was a welcome drink upon arrival, and welcome snacks were provided in the room (P2). They also offered shuttle service within the grounds when it rained. The front desk staff were all warm and friendly, and most of the staff encountered walking around the hotel would stop to greet us. However, the turndown service wasn't great; the comforter wasn't properly pulled out. This was especially noticeable with the extra bed; the main bed was fine, but on the small bed, when I pulled the comforter, the sheets came off, and I had to make the bed myself 😂. Also, the toilet paper ran out and wasn't replenished. I had to call to have it refilled. And I was even charged 10 dirhams for the phone call. The room's decor and design are quite beautiful. The bathroom is very spacious and features a unique 'waterfall shower' experience, which felt well-designed. The room buttons are all touch-sensitive and quite difficult to use. The curtains are manual, which is inconvenient. I spent a long time figuring out that an up and down arrow button was actually for adjusting the overall room brightness. Interestingly, the room's power outlets worked directly with Chinese plugs, but the ones in the bathroom still required a European adapter."
Hôtel & Ryads Barrière le Naoura
"Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely."

Riad Jona
"The overall stay was very good as it was right in the heart of Medina. Staff was very patient and respectful specifically Aziz,Hassan and Muhammad. The breakfast wasn’t too special."
Medina Charme Riad And Spa
Riad Dama & Spa
"Jamal and Chipo, are the most attentive hosts you could ever wish for! This is a charming oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling inner-Medina, with a peaceful roof terrace for a quiet suntan. The rooms are cool with very comfy beds. A lovely hammam and jacuzzi give an added luxury."
Bab Hotel
"Nice staff, quality look to the hotel throughout. Smart deluxe room with decent size bed and bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant area. A small paddle pool with roof that is covered and can be opened in summer also near restaurant. A small shop and masseuse services too. In useful location for restaurants, bars and shops. Walkable 30 mins plus to some tourist sites. Minor downside was the noise at times from the street at night and the lack of sound proofed windows and doors. I needed my ear plugs at times. Also, found the step up shower cubicle a bit daunting and the spongy shower tray wasn’t great. No idea if all rooms had that layout but felt unsteady every time I showered. Still, overall this is a good quality hotel with great staff and would stay again."
Riad Sun of Kech
"Riad in poor condition, unpleasant smell in the mornings, doors that don't close properly, and poor service from Jamal, with an angry and almost intimidating tone."
Riad Sultan Suleiman & Spa
"This hotel is absolutely stunning. Stayed here with a group of friends as we travelled south."
Dellarosa Boutique Hotel and Spa
"Had a wonderful time at Dellarosa boutique hotel from arrival to departure. It was a mother-daughter trip, and this was my second stay. The hotel is close to all amenities. The staff were very attentive, with a special shout-out to Tarik from the restaurant, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful, especially with the little birthday surprise for my dear mother – thank you again! I'd also like to thank Fatima from housekeeping for her kindness and care. Thank you all."
Riad Errabii & Spa
"This Riad Errabii has a lot of charm: we had an INCREDIBLE New Year's Eve. The entire Mourad team pampered us with delicious Tajine and couscous dinners. The massages and Hammam also regenerated us well. The excursion and taxi service is impeccable. Finally, this riad is magnificent and very well located in the Medina. Thanks again !"
