I got an upgrade to a larger room, it was gigantic. Massive bed and bathroom, 2 balconies, TV, fridge, desk and 2 sofas (they were quite low though, like futons).
The staff at reception were brilliant.
As it is a boutique hotel there aren't many rooms, so breakfast was very basic.
I was unwell, the staff let me check out at 2pm for free, which was much appreciated.

Im in another hotel but i was in the bab hotel Spa, marrakech. Its a fantastic spa with professional and sympathie staff. They use first class natural products. I recommend strongly! I will be back in the Bab hotel Spa and will bring my familie!

As always the bab hotel lives up to an awesome reputation,really nice breakfast,and the staff are really helpful who go above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible,from the kitchen/bar staff to the reception staff absolutely fantastic.and the suite is just amazing,plenty of space for three or more people,three balconies,tv with satellite tv and even Netflix brilliant for my son..thank you for an amazing stay❤️

We decided to go the bab hotel spa as we was recommended rather than having the spa treatment at our hotel… This was by far the best experience i have ever had, the service was amazing, they really looked after us, highly recommend

A pleasant stay at this hotel. Positioned in a good location so easy to get around everywhere.
Staff are very friendly.
The deluxe room wasn’t as described but staff were able to resolve issues quickly.

Best location in the center. Walking distance to bars, restaurants , lounges , coffee shops. Staff were extremely nice and helpful . Lamea the front desk supervisor was professional , helpful and tried to make guest happy . Breakfast was very nice . I defiantly stay again - the only thing that they need to work on the housekeeping . They leave the dirty glasses and don’t leave coffee pads every day .

This was my first time experiencing a haman. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, ushering me through what could have been a pretty awkward experience for this American abroad. I also had a super relaxing massage after. Highly recommended. Mina was the best!

We stayed at the Bab hotel at the end of our two weeks in Morocco and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the holiday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and polite and we wanted for nothing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and most importantly the service at the bar was great! Whilst staying at the hotel we also paid for a two hour haman spa and massage which was amazing! We’d never done it before and it is a must if you are staying at the hotel. Again, the service from the spa staff was impeccable, the haman was a great experience and really relaxing and the massage sent me to sleep. We left the spa feeling reborn it was that good! Thank you to everyone at the hotel and I 100% recommend this as a place to stay if you visit Marrakesh
