A very clean and exquisite shop, the lobby staff are seen cleaning the floor every day. The breakfast is also very rich. Although I don't like taji pot, the chicken taji is still delicious and there are many varieties of fruits. The location is also good, right at the gate of the market, you can walk to various attractions. We even walked past the Ysl Garden. It’s about 25 minutes. It’s good to walk around. I don’t like the taxis here. I don’t like the price. I don’t bother to talk about the price. The attractions are very close and can be solved by walking.

Very nice hotel. Very nice and spacious swimming pools. The rooftop pool is very nice, you feel like you're in the middle of the medina and at the same time it's very relaxing. The bottom pool is very large but there is quite a lot of noise in general. We had to be upgraded when we arrived, which was really nice. The service is very good, however the breakfast is of good quality but the choice is quite limited and that is what disappointed us the most. In short, a very good experience :)

This hotel is tucked away and very unassuming from the outside. Inside, it’s very quaint and the rooms are large and comfortable. Food is excellent and they have a menu that can accommodate various palettes. The staff is really nice and we’re very attentive. I truly appreciated the entire staff and will definitely recommend others to have a stay here if they are traveling to Marrakech. P.S. take advantage of the country club- just a short tram ride away to experience the quiet and relaxing pool area and cabanas. Staff and food there are excellent and was a very nice surprise. Massage was awesome too

I am here now, leaving tomorrow after four nights here. I am so impressed with how much the guys here do to make us feel at home. They have made our time in Marrakech seem like we are staying with family. They are always willing and happy to help. Iberia Airlines lost all three of our suitcases, which doesn’t tend to put a person in a good mood, but the guys here have shown us so much kindness and hospitality that I would never stay anywhere else in Marrakech. The riad is located a short walk from the main square where there is always a lot going on. The staff here arranged our ride from the airport and we are glad they did. The old town is such a labyrinth of streets and alleyways that we would never have found it on our own. But that slight distance is one of the benefits here- an island of calm in a hive of activity. You will love the breakfasts here. Every day, a little different. Eggs, three types of bread with homemade jams, orange juice, tea or coffee ( good coffee) , fruit, etc I can just say that we will always appreciate how well we were treated her. Thanks to everyone.

Honestly one of the best places I've ever stayed on holiday. The hotel is beautifully decorated and run by the best people I have met. Me and my partner were waited on hand and foot and whatever we desired they provided, whether it was taxis or whatever food we requested. The staff were all so polite and helpful and we have made some friends for life. I'd especially like to thank the owners Shahin & Mohammed for making sure we were always happy and satisfied and helping us understand the local currency. - We have left feeling like we are a part of their family. We stayed just days before the Coronavirus outbreak closed the airport and there isn't much opportunity for social distancing in Marrakech! The Riad has changed ownership in the last 6 months and we wish Tomas and Valerie, the new owners, all the best as summer 2020 already looks challenging. The location in the Medina is excellent, a number of exciting restaurants within 10 mins walk (Limoni, L'Midi, Secret Garden) and the Jemaa El f'na only 10 mins walk ... if you can get there without being hijacked by a local teenager who'll take you the long way round and demand a tip for the privilege. Front of house, Hakim & Yousef are excellent, knowledgeable, really helpful and with good spoken english. Our room was comfortable, plentiful hot water, I have a bad back and the bed was excellent, but being a riad had no windows. Thank goodness no TV! The only criticism is that it can be noisy, - stone floors & walls, and with a rather loud front doorbell. The continental breakfast served in the central courtyard is adequate, breads & jams etc, eggs on request, but could be made more varied and imaginative. A very enjoyable stay, well located and very welcoming.

We have just returned from 5 nights in Riad Eloise(with taxis to and from the airport arranged by Alain and the(reasonable) cost added to the final bill.) We also arranged museum visits and day trips through the Riad which made things very straightforward. The Riad is decorated beautifully and is spotlessly clean and it became our second home during our stay. Abdel made us very welcome (as Alain was away at first) and gave us recommendations of what to see and where to eat...and we had 2 dinners in the Riad after busy days of sightseeing. The cooking was superb with subtle spicing and ,at 25 euros for a 3 course meal, very reasonable. The breakfasts on the balcony were delightful each day ,with fresh Moroccan cakes and pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice etc We really can't say enough to recommend the place. It absolutely MADE our holiday. Thanks to ALL the staff who helped create such a calm oasis for all 4 of us amidst the wonderful bustle of Marrakech.
